Gennady Golovkin vs Jermall Charlo should happen next...

well thats mighty nice of him... do all the other fighters, who also fight for their families, who constantly get attacked get to use that excuse too? or just golovkin? Just who are these other fighters that are getting attacked? The level of dislike directed towards Golovkin is getting to be like Pacquiao and Mayweather.

Like I said to the other guy who brought up BJS I think BJS plays too much with fight talks and wants alot of money. Plus as a other title holders he's never really in line like the legit contenders are. like sanchez said, he is never fighting GGG. derevyanchenko or charlo should be next then. canelo won't fight him until next year (if ever)

i didnt say they were middleweights he could have fought lara, or tried to, several times he instead chose lesser fighters...he could have fought ward but he instead chose to fight a welterweight and dom wade he could have maybe gotten cotto in the ring if he was willing to move on weight...but he wasnt...maybe even had canelo earlier if he was willing to do a CW but he wasnt you keep trying to change the point and move goalposts fighting charlo would earn him some respect plain and simple...his critics would like to see it..... I'm a Charlo fan & I think Charlo might present the biggest challenge to many of the top guys at 160, but how does he deserve the shot at GGG more than anyone else? I think at BEST he's 3rd in line right now. Dereyvanchenko probably gots next. Canelo gots 2nd to next. And after that I think Charlo might have the best case with his mandatory situation. what about saunders? he got the WBO, the missing strap. i think a rematch with canelo won't happen this year, ginger will want a tune up and that'll be o'sullivan. any of those 3 names would be fine for GGG's next fight

If the Canelo fight isn't next then the focus should be Saunders. Saunders could prove difficult to get into the ring so Charlo is probably the most attractive option left. Stylistically it's the easiest of the top guys at 160 for GGG and Charlo has more buzz than Andrade (a more difficult style), Devreychenko (a far more physically demanding fight) and Jacobs (a re-match that's not that needed and more difficult style). Charlo is aggressive and will play into GGG's hands and likely can't hit hard enough (GGG has granite in his jaw) to seriously hurt GGG nor does he have the type of skill to be able to be able to outbox him and move around.
