Gennady Golovkin vs Jarrett Hurd is my "Dream Fight"

I see it ending the same way as Hagler v Mugabi.

I like Hurd and am pissed at GGG but still think Gees power knocks Hurd out. Surely even Hurd couldnt come out of a 12 rounder with GGG without defense.

Hurd hasn't even cleared out 154, but he's supposed to fight the long-reigning champ at 160 now? I don't get it. Charlo is a better fight for GGG, an actual top 10 ranked MW. Yet they want to continue the 147-154 parade for GGG :lol1: You know damn well their dream fight is actually Golovkin vs Horn at 160 in Australia.

If he can handle GGG's punching power then we have a fight but that's a big if. So far we've only seen Canelo being able to take GGG's power. He didn't take GGG's power, he rather avoided it rolling punches.

I'm skeptical Hurd could withstand Golovkin's power. But if so, FOTY

Not a good matchup for Hurd. Just like other come forward warriors like margarito, Williams, Frazier, Kirkland, angulo,,,, a power puncher gonna crack that chin. Hurd is going to get really hurt when he fights a Charlo or ggg

Yes and no, this would be the best 154 pounder vs the best 160 pounder + Hurd is huge 6'1 154 pounder so it would make sense on paper. But I got feeling going after GGG is all wrong, you don't beat him like that, especially with a flawed D.

I got GGG in that one but if Hurd and withstand the onslaught ( which I don’t think he can), then it’s a war.
