So an official offer wasn't sent via email by Deontay Wilder (not team) to Eddie Hearn. It was an unofficial email with no contract offering 50 million... Interesting

It's hilarious how he constantly, subtly tries to put the offer down and criticize Wilder's team, while bigging his own ideas up. Constantly taking jabs at the other team but in a sh#thouse way were he can deny he said anything offensive after the event.
That's exactly it. He's a weasel. Check this article by Dan Rafael. Wilders team want the fight in Vegas on Showtime PPV... Hearn sounds nervous about that and no rematch clause

Exactly 😂his arrogance put himself in this situation.

Hearn doesn't like the possibility that the fight will be in the States. He is shook about it in the interview. He wants control and his bluff got called. He backed himself in this corner with his stupid comments and lowball take it or leave it offer.
Hearn didn't say once it isn't for real. He said he will find out the details Friday when they meet and AJ wants it if the funds were there. So many weirdo cheerleaders on here acting like they are getting a piece of the promotion. Let's see the best fight the best forget about the rest!
It sure sounds like BS. No contract and nothing said about where the fight takes place and accept it in 24 hours or it's off the table? I don't take these back and forth offers to fight very seriously. If they fight that's good but if they don't there are other weight classes I like better anyway.
AJ framed the offer in dollars not pounds, seems cut & dry to me.

Aj is such a dork lol. Right after that the guy ask if they offered wilder a flat fee. He says he rather not say cause it’s not professional wtf
Oh man wilders fangirls were so excited tonight they even fooled me into thinking this 50 mil offer was for real. Its just an opening gambit. Mainly designed to get the americans all frothy.

Just seen this, and agree, this is all just pre-publicity before the real negotiations begin behind closed doors!
Let's hope both sides are serious and realistic about making this happen!!
I just watched the Finkel interview saying it's off the table if it's not accepted tomorrow. I kind of agree that this is all buzz before they sit down and talk. I can't see contracts being sent, agreed and signed in 24 hours. I think that's just a line.
I imagine all this will spill over into the planned meet and talks for Friday, and the offer will still be there then.
Hearn seemed open enough in the interview i watched. He said he's interested but needs the details and assurances first, which is obvious.
I am wondering if £ vs $ will pop up. Adam Smith mentioned that but i didn't see anything in the Hearn video i watched.
We will see what happens over the next few days I guess, one way or the other. At least the ball seems to rolling now anyway.
I don't think anyone really believes it was a genuine offer. They are going to meet Friday do you really think they would send an offer for $50m two days before that meeting?
It's all just to create headlines, buzz and get people talking before the real discussions begin and of course all the lunatics on here and social media have already got their knives out and crying about who's ducking who.
