Who are your favorite Asian fighters?
What do you remember about Korean Hawk Jung Koo Chang and bantam weight destroyer Soo Hwan Hong?
Soo Hwan hong VS Hector Carasquilla... check out that fight!
I like some Asian boxers, but I don't really the follow Asian boxing scene like I follow the U.S. scene, or U.K. and Mexican boxing to a smaller extent.
I wish Asian boxing had more exposure, a lot of gems in the smaller weight classes from that part of the world.
I used to try to find video of Chris John fights after the fact. Hasegawa sometimes too. Like others have said, it's difficult to find streams for any Asian boxing outside of the biggest Japanese cards.
Bunch of bums if you ask me
Asians dominate the lower division, beating latinos, europeans and africans. If they are bums, I don't know what other boxer they have beaten is.
Don't know too many Asian boxers.
I definitely knew Bivol had to have some Asian in him, he looks more Korean than Russian.
Ryota Murata is fighting this weekend coming up.
Besides the obvious guys like Pacquiao and this guy coming up Jerwin Encajas I think his name is, Yoshihiro Kamegai and the retired Takashi Miura, and the fighters I mentioned above, I don't know of many beyond that.
I like watching them, I just wish we had more access to them.
I love Asian boxing but it is hard to get to watch it. I get Fox sports, ESPN, Showtime and HBO mainly to watch boxing and I watch all the fights they show but they seldom show Asian boxers.
