Can anyone recall..

I never saw him that aggressive against a dangerous boxer like Hurd. He surprised me in a good way and made it a very exciting fight. He ran from Canelo making it a poor fight to watch. He fought a brave and skillful fight against Hurd and landed lots of bombs. I thought Hurd deserved the win but Lara made it close. Speaking on the Lara vs Canelo fight...I wonder how it would of worked out if Lara stood and banged?

Hurd made him fight at that pace. I'd like to see Lara against more top guys soon. I would too, if he is willing to fight at that pace, which unfortunately isn’t his nature. I guess it’s tbd.

Esrilandy Lara vs Paul Williams Very good example! I miss Paul Williams, the punisher! I’ll never forget when they answered the Canelo curse with Paul W. Man I was so excited, then distraught when Paul had the motorcycle accident.

Do you guys ever recall a fight where Lara was that offensive? I don’t think I can. Even with the loss it has changed my mind, in regards to his ability to fight all 12 with a higher pace. I know he had the early KO’s of Foreman and somebody else, but he still caught them with his normal pace. They both caught significant counters and we’re khtfo. I've always been offended watching Erislandy Lara fight.

Hurd made him fight more than he wanted, so no I dob't really remember him fighting at that pace before. I'm also not convinced a younger Lara would've done better.

Anybody??? Lol
