With Horn's promoter coming out and saying Crawford's injury is a fake, should fighters be obligated to show to the public proof of their injury? I know that's highly unlikely but it would be nice for us to see if something is actually legit.
In regards to HIPPA violations records would have to be released by the fighter so there wouldn’t be any issues of privacy. But even if implemented, it doesn’t guarantee complete transparency. Physicians from governing bodies or a healthcare network can have questionable ethics. Medical records to exonerate culpability should be taken with a grain of salt unless you can guarantee the arbiter to be impartial
yea the credibility of the "proof" could be a problem too
Is it THAT big a deal?
Personally I think if Crawford "faked an injury here" (I tend to think he did or at worst it wasn't an injury that would've threatened the fight) he did it for Arum cuz this card went to sh^t when Manny wasn't involved so you might need to get Arum's emails released on this one too not just some Bud X-rays to fully figure it out.
Yea not the biggest deal, just think it'd be nice to see. It'd shut us up for thinking he "faked" it lol

never gonna happens cause boxing regulation rules wont trump the law.
I know there's HIPPA laws, but I was referring more to the fact that OK we know you have a "hand injury", so can you show up proof that you went to the doctor's or that it's at least been diagnosed.
