What's it like to spar with Carl Froch?

Apologies if this already posted, took a quick look and couldn't see it. It's a good watch, seeing Froch batter a poor guy from the Guardian whilst talking a little about different boxing styles. Guardian sport’s Gregg Bakowski faces a few rounds of body sparring with Carl Froch at his hometown gym, the Phoenix Boxing Gym in Nottingham.
