None of those guys are the WBC heavyweight champion of the world, either.
So what, doesn’t entitle him to anything near 40%... Joshua will have 3 of those belts if he beats Parker.
None of those guys will ask for nearly half the pot or even close to that. Wilder is the most dangerous opponent, no one goes out of their way to accommodate dangerous foes in negotiations. Wilder has to be VERY realistic if he wants the fight to happen.

You do realise AJ was supposed to fight Pulev, a fight building since before AJ fought Wlad. Pulev himself is the second or 3rd most well established heavyweight out there and would have been a terrific challenge but he got injured and had to pull out. AJ/Hearn and co did not want to waste the date so set up a fight against the next best name available on such short notice. That was Carlos Takam.
You're just gonna encourage them.
Next thing you know these fanboys gonna be saying Wilder need to drop his belt & become #1 contender for one of Joshua's belts if he wants his shot.
You can't argue with fanboys bruh. Joshua fanboys. Wilder fanboys. Anyones fanboys. Its wasted breath.
Granted it can be fun at times, but you can't get all serious with them cuz they aren't logical mfers who you can win an argument with cuz they'll shift & twist logic & facts like a professional liar.
You're talking about AJ and Wilder fanboys to one of the biggest Wilder fanboys on NSB :lol1:
Wilder can vacate WBC belt and fight his way to be Joshua mandatory but he's scared, won't fight real opponents. Earn your shot at the champion you Alabama fraud :)
Financially. Around 30-35% is more than fair for Wilder.
Even Hearn has admitted Wilder would deserve more than Parker. The argument is over how much more. 50/50 is not unreasonable given the fight will be in Vegas and most of the money will be American.
What about Jarrell Miller? Or any of these other guys Hearn keeps bringing up instead of Wilder?

late replacement and he didn't ask for 40-50%

Who cares? Bob, Haymon, Oscar.
You're the one that brought up PBC. And it's a fact that Floyd agreed to all terms to make the Pacquiao fight back in 2009, he wasn't the one who balked because he was afraid of needles.
If he had to marinate after that then you can't blame him for being p1ssed.
If you're referring to Floyd he actually tried to make the fight. It wasn't him who ran away just because of a little random drug testing.
Actually, it was Floyd who openly admits he "marinated" the fight for five years. That is an admission of ducking if ever there was one. He wants credit for being smart, and his fans bow down and lap it up.
You still haven't answered my original questions. They weren't rhetorical.
Who cares? Bob, Haymon, Oscar. Point is, a certain undefeated fighter boasted of marinating a big fight for five years and his fans were ok with that. Why all the impatience and double standards now?

Bob Arum is the one who actually coined the term.

Takam was a replacement for a mandatory, and the reason wilder is being pushed to UK audiences first before fighting AJ is because he brings something, but not many people in the UK know him. They're exposing him to UK audiences and building up the AJ Wilder showdown, which is the only big hw fight left.
If the fan boys of both fighters stopped being morons and blaming the other guy, it's obvious why wilder Whyte makes so much sense.
What happened to all the PBC fans who were all for "marinating" fights? I have no reason to doubt that AJ and Wilder will fight sometime in 2019. I don't see why that is a problem. I still think AJ should come to the U.S. and fight Miller and Wilder go to U.K. and fight Whyte. Neither of them are going to lose to those shlubs, and all it can do is boost some overseas exposure for each fighter that makes their fight an even bigger event.
Same people pushing AJ to fight Wilder after 20 fights are the same ones who gave Gervonta and his 20 fights a pass when he ducked Loma. He was a champion too, so why the double standard? I don't want to hear the age excuse either.
One thing you have to consider, if Parker pulls off an upset, there will likely be a rematch between AJ and Parker this year. Not sure if there is a rematch clause for AJ/Parker but I'm sure it would be exercised.

30 to 35 % would be like triple Wilder's previous biggest payday, so yeah, not an unreasonable request from AJ's side. I also like Wilder saying he will take whatever as long as AJ takes the same deal if he loses.
The fans really don't give much of a **** about Wilder. He is an awful boxer who had to have a lesson in how to jab from Lennox Lewis in a parking lot 5 years ago.
Alot of people believe Whyte would beat him.
I honestly don't think that many people would pick Whyte to beat Wilder. I am betting that if they picked 20 experts, 18 or so would pick Wilder.
If Wilder was reasonable in his demands for Joshua nobody would be talking about Whyte. :dunce:
If Wilder was serious he'd ask for the same deal as Parker, Joshua then has zero choice to accept or look like a bitch. Won't happen though because Wilder doesn't want the fight.
When you say that Wilder should accept the same deal as Parker, do u mean financially only or was there some sort of other clause involved? I don't really know about what Parker agreed to. Thanks.
Why is that only reserved for Deontay Wilder?
Takam was a mandatory you bytches don't know what mandatory is because WBC protection program is protecting Wilder from all good fighters.
