I was on a government vacation for 3 years so I haven't been on this site forever. I remember the dumb hate Floyd used to catch about Pacquiao and the Margarito lovers etc. polluting this forum.
But what I can't understand is the hate for Wilder! The most exciting American HW since Bowe basically. A potential ATG. The man won a bronze with no amateur experience. He learned to box as a pro. Despite that he has murdered his competition and has one of the best right hands in HW history.
He helps clean the sport up. He was about to travel to Russia of all places to fight Povetkin when nobody wanted to until Povetkin popped. He tried to fight Ortiz, a guy that would give Joshua serious problems and beat Parker for his belt if you're unobjective. He gave him ANOTHER chance. He pays for his opponents VADA which Joshua has no part of, and called out Fury in his day and Joshua now.
Maybe he gets stopped Saturday. Maybe he crushes Ortiz, crushes Joshua and goes on to be one of the ATG HWs. But the man is all action, one of the best personalities the sport has seen in a decade at least, and is willing to fight the best CLEAN.
I agree with guys like Errol Spence and Wilders peers when they say Deontay might kill someone in the ring, and nobody is beating him for a while. Wilder is a straight up killer he goes out there with unwavering self belief and is ready to take a life. That's an old school fighter like Spence. Whether you like Joshua, Ortiz, or anyone Wilder should get your respect. Boxing should learn from mma and support its stars. God bless enjoy the fight Saturday.
You aren't a racist for criticizing Wilder, you're a racist because you spend all your days hear denigrating every black fighter you come across. You literally look for any reason to hate these fighters pulling out mental gymnastics to criticize them though none are alike. **** you and everyone like you. You disgusting putrid bigot.
:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
Yes or no???

Whatever man, he's been in the top 5 for years, was scheduled to fight Joshua at the end of October last year, had press conferences, it was all over this site and media, that's not even including his name has been plastered all over the rankings of every sanctioning body and the ring top 10 for the last 6/7 years, he was also a good amateur and beat world champion odlanier solis who beat Ortiz 5 times lol
That's fair enough if you want to believe the division is weak while not even knowing one of the top guys in it, you are discrediting Klitschko's resume while not even knowing one of the best undefeated fighters on it, who has one of the best jabs in the division. Later.
Obviously you're a fan of Klitschko and Pulev. I'm not a fan of either. I do have a certain degree of respect for Klitschko. You can't say anything to change my mind about him fighting in a weak era. However, the fact that he was champion for a decade is quite an accomplishment. We saw him lose in an embarrassing fashion to fighters that he was better than. He made the right adjustments (with the help of Steward) to make sure he didn't make those mistakes again. Pulev on the other hand, I simply can't get on your level of respect for him because nothing about him stands out to me. Let's agree to disagree on this one. I'm sure there are other things we can agree on because you seem to have a healthy knowledge of the sport. I know I do.
Not knowing (or caring) who Pulev is means I'm severely lacking in boxing knowledge? I actually watched the fight between him and Klitschko... Like I said, I just couldn't match the name with face. Either way, it tells you how relevant he was to an already weak division at the time. It's funny when people accuse someone of not knowing anything about boxing because they don't know a particular boxer. It never dawn on them that it might be that the particular boxer is just not relevant. There's a Thai boxer about to break Mayweather's undefeated record and I couldn't pick him out of a line up.

You can be both a fanboy and a casual, they are not mutually exclusive lol.... but there is no denying you have a fanboy agenda and are severely lacking in boxing knowledge, Pulev has been in the top 10 ring rankings for the last 6/7 years and was mandatory for Joshua and had a fight scheduled with him at the end of last year, this tells me you really DKSAB or this division, and your opinion =now means FA to me..... later.

This forum has long been filled with jabronis that can't understand what they are watching. I only wish they made money and could influence the lines to make my life easier 😂
Thats what im saying! I come here and hear all kinds of ***** talked about mayweather ,wilder, alverez ect but the betting lines never reflect that. Either 99% of nsb is broke or just dont gamble idk
Yes, I had to research which one of these interchangeable bums he was. They're basically all the same. You can say that they were top 5 or top 3 all you want. That just tell me we're talking about the weakest crop of HWs in a long time. Like I said, Povetkin went life and death with Marco Huck. He really should've lost the fight. Tony Thompson was an old, part-time boxer and Wlad fought him twice. How the heck do you explain that? Klitschko got beat by a drug addict and an up and comer with 18 fights. Him losing to Joshua is like Mayweather losing to Victor Ortiz(if he lost). And Victor Ortiz was more accomplished than Joshua.
I went from a fanboy to a casual?
I'm trying to figure out if that's a demotion. LOL.

If you have to research who Pulev was when he was due to fight Joshua 3 months ago... then you don't know what you are talking about regarding HW boxing.
Pulev was undefeated and had beat other contenders around him like Ustinov, Dimitrenko and Tony Thompson in 2012/2013 before he was mandatory for the IBF, he has been considered around the top 5 HW's in the world for many years. Povetkin was considered top 3 for many years, one bad performance does not take away the fact he is a gold medal amateur and a legit top 3 HW.
casual.

Posts trying to claim he is the no.1 in the division, and that Ortiz was a better win than top 10 ATG Klitschko
I personally still have AJ rated #1 at heavyweight, by virtue of him being the unified heavyweight champion.
There is a valid argument to be made though that Ortiz is a better win than Klitschko from a sporting perspective. Obviously Klitschko is the much better win from a commercial standpoint.
But take commerce out of it and judge simply on sport. Klitschko was coming off of a humiliating defeat and a year and a half layoff. AJ wasn't fighting someone at the top of their game. AJ was fighting a 41 year old former champion who hadn't looked good in several years and had already been exposed in his previous fight.
Wilder was facing an undefeated Ortiz ranked #3 or #4 in the world according to most experts. Klitschko had been inactive for so long after the embarrassing loss that many didn't even have him ranked anymore due to the inactivity.
You'd obviously rather have Klitschko on your resume, but certainly you can understand why some would put more stock in a 38 year old undefeated Ortiz than a 41 year old rusty Klitschko who had looked terrible in his last fight and lost convincingly.
You mentioned Pulev and Povetkin like this is supposed to mean something. Povetkin went life and death with Marco Huck. By the way, Klitschko had more clinches than punches in that fight. It's not a win I would brag about. I literally had to research which one Pulev was and just like I suspected, he wasn't even worth mentioning. All I know is Klitschko fought Tony Thompson TWICE!!! That tells me everything I need to know.
You're the one that's acting like a fanboy. I bet you were clutching your pillow in tears before you responded.

So you hate on a fighter because of his fans? How ****ing moronic is that? I support GGG and LITERALLY can't stand his more ardent fans, they sicken me, but it doesn't change how much I love to watch GGG.
I don't personally, but a lot of people on here clearly do
The thread on here is trying to explore why Wilder still gets an unjustified amount of 'hate', and I think its fairly clear the 'pro' Wilder fans on here go some way in generating some
The same for GGG, Ward, Pacquiao, etc...
Works both ways my friend, see my previous post...

It's one of the most unreal things I've ever seen. All he does it:
1. Knock people smooth the **** out
2. Challenge and desperately try to fight the top fighters in the division
3. Try to prove he is the best, not just by saying it but by DOING IT.
And he gets ****ted on for it by a plethora of fans. It's freaking unreal.

I'm starting to think Wilder attracts so much hate because of the pitiful excuses of fans he has, especially on here
Posts trying to claim he is the no.1 in the division, and that Ortiz was a better win than top 10 ATG Klitschko, go some way in tainting the respect he should be getting for a great win.

How did Klitschko fight nothing but bums, it certainly wasn't the strongest era, but his CV ****s all over Wilder's! he fought all his mandatory's and beat guys like Pulev and Povetkin when they were undefeated, also Haye, Fury, Joshua.... you can't question he fought the best in the division...... you can admit that Wilder has not fought anything remotely close to a Povetkin or Pulev.
Fanboy

Honey buns and the water bags Hahaha I don't know how many water bags those jabronis stole from us. I need to get back on my 500 push ups/1000 abs routine. I came out eating and being lazy need to get back on it! God bless my man, freedom is a must
I recommend pacquaios ab routine. It is 10 or so different ab exercises. Start at 50 reps and work to 100. I'm at 85. been doing it about a month daily with some days off, usually 6 days a week though. YouTube it. It's the one where they are in the park. Thanks for the rep
