Floyd vs Pacquiao took place way past the prime of both fighters, but they were still regarded as the best in the division. Khan is not only past it, he also has a notoriously weak chin, which was cracked hard by Canelo. This makes him even more vulnerable. Brook is also past it, and now has two repaired eye sockets. And neither of these guys have been considered the best in the division, ever. So I don't know, maybe the Brits do consider this a huge fight, but it just isn't at this point.

Why do people act like Brook is some bum. I get he lost to a middleweight and Spence. He was way faster and countering the **** out of Spence. I had him ahead around the 7th or 8th, can't​ remember. I know he had the quicker punches. People that had Spence dominating had to have been watching something else. Great fight that Spence pulled it out, that is all.
