DAVID HAYE says he can do a Muhammad Ali on world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua. The 37-year-old is currently preparing for his revenge mission against Tony Bellew on May 5 at London's O2 Arena. But Haye says he is simply using the Scouse puncher as a "barometer" for a potential clash with the reigning WBA, IBO and IBF king Joshua. Click Here To Read More]
“Oh thank God they mentioned Joshua’s name in a question so I can try to talk my way into one last big payday with lackluster results!” Stop interviewing this clown.
Well, we will see how AJ deals with Parker first. I think Haye in his prime was a better mover than Parker is now - but he is not in his prime is he?! If Parker gives AJ trouble then maybe Haye vs AJ could be an entertaining fight - on that same note tho - Wlad did provide the template for a big, powerful guy to beat Haye.
Haye should concentrate on beating Bellew before setting his sights any higher. I’ll be sticking money on Bellew to repeat his win last time out.
Won’t happen but even if Haye did win in style, Hearn would think twice before considering Haye as an opponent. The number of fights Haye has pulled out of due to injuries makes him way too risky an opponent to sign up for a stadium size fight.
Foreman would never of lost to ali if it werent in zaire and fraizer was robbed in manilla of glory with no eye sight ali was way overated
Everybody knows that prime Ali was in the 1960s, not the 70s. I'm not sure Frazier or Foreman could touch the Ali that beat Liston (1964-65).
Hate shouldn't set standards so high.
He can beat belles in 8 rounds not being at his best. Then he can improve if possible so that he's ready for josh
Bellew called it right at the presser. Haye won't mention Wilder or Parker because he's after the cheque v AJ. He hasn't done anything to deserve a shot and beating a cruiserweight doesn't justify him getting this shot he speaks of.
