No one wants to see Eubank coming off that performance in the final. Get Benavidez or Gilberto if Groves can't go. Then winner of that vs Groves when healthy. That would actually enhance the tournament and make it more of a legit tourny for the ENTIRE 168 division. I agree with a lot of what you stated

I was a little bit shocked by his lack of boxing fundamental skills.No jab,footwork subpar, cutting the ring zero skill, fighting on the inside and tieing up zero skills.He needs a new trainer if he wants to beat the elites.I don't see him beating elite boxers at 160 with footwork.He better stay at 168.

The last round is playing with his head a little. I'm sure he thought there was maybe a round or two in it and he was the one pressing at the end.....he will see when he watches it back that punches to the gloves and wild work doesn't count for much scoring wise.

Junior think he hurt groves moire so it might be hard to convince jnr he lost. Other than that its one a piece now. Jnr beat groves in sparring and groves evened the score in pro fight.

Snr was good in the post-fight presser too. For all the talk leading up to a fight he is an honest guy and is just looking out for his son.
