Both guys got balls and heart they'll be ready to rumble each guy will go for the kill wherever the other is stunned or knocked down . It's a win-win situation for both even with a Loss !! Spence only knocks how to fight going forward kinda like Iron Mike Tyson so it will be interesting when Crawford sets traps and catches him . Terrance is probably the most complete fighter since Chavez maybe better cause he can fight southpaw or naturally . I think the horn is going to tells all we need to know about his power and most importantly well he be able to handle his power shots . If Jeff can land and hurt TC then Spence will put him through the canvas ... Rematch the Gamboa fight he was rocked pretty dam good by 130 pound fighter so what will 165 Spence do it him if he lands clean . I think they should fight after Crawford gets a few WW fights into his career,....if he continues to win that is. But that last thing any of us want to see is another Pac/Mayweather Marination scenario, or even worse, what is going on right now with the MW division Stalemate between the top contenders (Jacobs, Andrade, Charlo, Devryanchencko, Murata, etc) "waiting around" on the Canelo/GGG saga to play out and refusing to fight one another in the mean time. That's BS. Say it takes three fights to get Spence /Crawford fight in the works, in the mean time Thurman will drag out two or three rehab fights and then rematches with Garcia and Porter before Spence or Crawford ever get any consideration for a fight. That's two or three years away. If promoters used your method there would be no boxing. Mayweather-Pacquiao happened. Canelo-Golovkin happened. Boxing is still there. And we are still here, following the sport.

Crawford and Spence are the best two fighters at welterweight and super lightweight, we all know that. Both are great for the sport. If one of them loses, it will hurt one's marketing ability and thus hurt the sport. They should beat guys like Thurman, Lomachenko, Canelo, etc., clean up around them before they fight. I will enjoy watching them tear down the opposition and boxing will have that Mayweather-Pacquiao excitement again sooner or later. When they finally fight, it will be one of the greatest and most anticipated fights ever. If they fight now, then yeah, we will get the best possible fight in boxing at the moment, but we will stand with a long silence after the storm... This is a fight worth marinating. A "marinated" fight is about stalling to see if the opponent shows signs of fading & aging in other tough fights- Ala what Oscar & Canelo did before they would make the fight with Golovkin. The most famous "marinate" fail of all of course, is Mayweather vs Pacquiao. Great for them to get ultra rich- shitty for the fans who helped them get rich & were rewarded with a glorified sparring match between two of the oldest stars in the sport.

When one of them loses, then what? Then who will you be excited to see the winner fight next? Without Crawford, Lomachenko and Spence, there are no true elite level fighters in the child size divisions. They will lose a lot of glamour. News flash: One top fighter losing to another top fighter does not equal huge market loss. In fact, the opposite could hold true. As long as it is a good, competitive fight, which in all likelihood it will be- The stage for a rematch or even trilogy will be set.

I have no issue with the tune up coming off a long layoff. Do that and then what-Porter rematch? Broner? Garcia rematch? If you are going to do that you might as well fight Spence. Spence looks to outgrowing 147 very soon. It would be ideal fr him to fight Thurman and Crawford before he does. We all want the Crawford/Spence fight this year. You sure made a statement there!
