America - Only place on Earth who accept foreign fighters like theirs?
USA is probably only country in the World who accepts all fighters from different parts of the World, treat them fairly & make them a STARS!
Examples:
Roberto Durán - Panaman boxer who gained popularity mostly fighting in US. Inducted to the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
Manny Pacquiao - Filipino boxer who came & became global PPV star in US.
Arturo Gatti - Italian-Canadian boxer who became a global boxing star fighting US. Also inducted to the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez - global Mexican boxing star who mostly fights in US.
Connor McGregor - Irish MMA fighter who was fighting infront of 500 people in Ireland & UK, but since he signed to UFC he became a World famous super star!
Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin - even though not a famous like boxers above, also gained popularity & became global boxing star fighting in US. In Germany he was treated badly by local promoters for years & he had to go to US.
etc.
Name me another country who accept foreign fighters like that: treat them well, make them stars etc.?
Certainly not in Europe, nah.
Adnan Catic was born in Germany and Germanized his name (Felix Sturm).
Muamer Hukic moved to Germany at 8, Germanized his name (Marco Huck), and became a naturalized citizen.
Avetik Abrahamyan moved to Germany at 15, Germanized his name (Arthur Abraham), and became a naturalized citizen.
Sergey Shtikhlits moved to Germany "as soon as he got the chance", Germanized his name (Robert Stieglitz), and became a naturalized citizen.
Volodymyr Klychko moved to Germany in his late teens and Germanized his name (Wladimir Klitschko).
This isn't the same thing that happens in America.
you forget manny pacquiao's real name is fahsan 3k battery
I think a lot of this is due to American fighters not looking to fight outside the USA unless they're after a belt. Fighters elsewhere will fight in different places to build their profile.
The biggest foreign born star is manny pacquiao. He owes america everything, if he fought in thailand like he used to he wouldnt be anything. Usa is the place that made him a global superstar
And USA never accepted the Klitschkos whilst Germany did. This works both ways!
americans dont support guys who remind them of the enemy aka Ivan drago
America is a weird place man. The government cares more about illegal Mexicans than homeless veterans. I've stopped trying to make sense of the madness.
not that hard when you understand capitalism. gov is run by rich elites. rich elites need workers. homeless people dont help them grow their wealth in any way. the 700k daca recipients are all workers or future workers so it would be senseless to kick them out, but then again tribalism is another factor that is getting stronger and the republicans might see it as a way to impress their base and win future elections so they can pass more tax cuts for the rich, cut social programs, etc...grow their wealth more. its a gamble. helping homeless people doesn't win you elections. they just see it as a waste of money

It was once the biggest boxing market around (still is in the lighter divisions) BUT you're stretching a bit by claims of excepting them as their own etc.
Apart from Duran and Pac, who has really become a cross over star who doesnt rely on support from their ethnicity? Gatti was a"star" on HBO but most casuals have no idea who he is, same goes for GGG.
Mac is a star but he relies heavily on the Irish audience, like massively. Canelo probably even more on the latino vote lol
I don't know, the slick brother nation are pretty hostile towards them. They haven't exactly welcomed golovkin and lomachenko with open arms
This is true only among American internet fans. American fans of all races (not just white and Mexican) in real life are really behind GGG. People might hate him online, but he gets real crowd sport here in the states.
I went to GGG vs. Lemieux and there were a lot of black fans in attendance and they were all going crazy for Golovkin and wearing GGG shirts and hats.
Loma is building a fanbase too, but I've never seen him live and I've never really talked to other fans about him like I have with GGG. So I don't how much real support he has here, but GGG is loved here by most, even the brothas lol. Don't let the internet dudes fool you. He'll never be as big as Duran, Pac, Chavez Sr. etc., but GGG is doing pretty good for himself.

Most nerds in NSB dont

Germany. The list is endless. Klits, Huck, Sturm, Abraham, Stieglitz etc.
Denmark. Kalule, Can, Lawal, Ceylan.
I don’t know from where you get your “certainly not in Europe” postulate but don’t look for more info there.

maybe if people like yourself wouldnt actually try to tear down every fighter from "slick brother nation" they would probably welcome all the fighters.....people were super hyped on manny pac until the pac fans began slandering floyd and claimed floyd was a chicken and tearing down his resume and talking about how manny would kill him.....see, thats how that works
theres always room in boxing for guys like golovkin and loma....people want to like them...but twats like your, and all the other trolls, make them want to find flaws and poke holes in their resumes and such
and by "twats like you"..i mean guys who get their rocks off feeling like they riled up some anonymous african american male via the internet
Universum treated GGG badly & favoured their onw fighters like Sturm, who was ducking GGG & paying to WBA to avoid him. So GGG had to leave Germany & go to US, the land of opportunities.
Europe is defo NO in most of the cases. US is the answer!
sturm isnt german either though, he is bosnian. most of germanys stars arent german..
the klitschkos, Abraham, huck, hernandez, sturm as mentioned and others. germany treats foreign fighters far better than america does imo. they rip of fighters not under their promotional banners more, but they are more willing to sign and promote foreigners and once on the team they get treated better.
that said all countries support their own fighters more. the west has more money to offer fighters and hense more fighters go there. but they dont get treated better, worse if anything (generally speaking). by promotions and fans alike.
you do have linares going to japan, Walters fighting out of panama and a few other examples. often times they still have to leave those places to actually compete though. but linares was a big star in japan.
if you look at mma during the pride days, foreign fighters who went there almost unanimously say they were better received by the public and the organization than in the states. often even american fighters. many fighters to this day compete in asian promotions despite the money being worse just because of the love they receive. mark hunt for instance is leaving the ufc after his contract is up to compete globally, in part because of his beef with the company, but also because he enjoys competing in front of fans in other parts of the world.
Germany comes to mind. Abraham, Sturm, Klitschkos, Huck, Krasniqi to name a few, none of them were born in Germany as far as I know. Heck, even Charr, Teper, Hammer, list goes on.

And in the real world..
Universum box' shutdown was public the 30th of April 2010.
https://web.archive.org/web/20100503120441/http://www.ftd.de/sport/:kein-tv-vertrag-universum-boxstall-angeknockt/50108150.html
"Der auslaufende Fernsehvertrag mit dem ZDF führt bei der Hamburger Universum Box-Promotion zu drastischen Maßnahmen. Den 15 Mitarbeitern im Verwaltungsbereich ist zum 31. Juli gekündigt worden. Die Zukunft ist ungewiss."
"The failed television-promotion with ZDF has drastic changes for Universum. The 15 administrative workers are cancelled per 31th of July. The future is unknown."
GGG went to USA in May
Also if America is so much better explain Don King and how he treated the fighters.
Well. Universum did treat GGG like sh1t - at least in Golovkin's version of events - he was very vocal in his criticism of them for blocking potential fights with their bigger stars Sturm and Zbik. Also when he tried to leave they tied him up in court with an injunction that prevented him fighting in the US or Germany until mid-2012. However. This in no way (to me at least) proves the point that Germans are less accepting of foreign boxers than their US counterparts, merely that boxing promoters are corrupt greedy fuckers who'll screw anyone for some green.
Canada steals other countries fighters. They are a lot more intense than America. Adonis Stevenson, Jean Pascal, Joachim Alcine, Lennox Lewis, Lucien Bute, Arturo Gatti, Razor Ruddock to name a few. There's also several South Americans they have adopted and will pass off as Canadian in a couple more years.

Okay this shows me you didn't even want to have a discussion. You're clearly just a troll and not open for other's opinions or thoughts.
Americans don't even support US fighters. Ward is treated like a child abuser on here. Floyds treated no better and wilder begs americans to get behind him. Support your own first.
Being a black boxer in the US now it's always going to be hard to become a big star. The demographics of boxing in the US has changed, black Americans are watching Basketball and NFL instead, they've abandoned boxing unfortunately.
