Is this the Real Reason why Joshua cannot fight in the US ??

So the waiver would allow you to work there or just travel there? Just travel but I would then apply for a work visa which I already been told by my union that it would take about 9 months. The only way for me as a Canadian with a clean record to get a work visa faster would be if I'm a dual citizen or Native. Native Canadians would get fast tracked.
