What's your opinion how would they fare at HW?
Would they have a chance against much bigger guys - AJ, Wilder, Tyson?
I feel that Usyk would beat most HW today, but I am not sure would he survive a power of big guys - what is your opinion?
I think Gassiev - Parker would be a great fight!
Gassiev would have more of a chance. Usyk doesn't have the power to hurt CW's nevermind HW's.
He'd have to be a Chris Byrd type fighter, and I don't think he has that type of defensive skill.
As for Usyk, Tyson fury didnt need power...And Usyk is a better boxer than him.
Fury's 72% KO ratio at HW means he's got power.
How do you think Usyk-Wlad would end up?
Gassiev is 24 so I can easily see him growing into it, but I don't like his style right now vs the elite super heavies.
Neither Usyk or Gassiev are impossible to hit, they're tough but they're there throughout the fight. Against super heavies all of their size advantage is gone from cruiser.
I think both could possibly do very well and pick up belts. Size, height and power are a bit overplayed.
They are both huge CW's and coming down from around 210/215 to make weight. Height wise they are bigger than guys like povetkin, and like half an inch smaller than whyte, ortiz.
Whyte for example, who is no.1 in the WBC and apparently a top 10 heavyweight would lose 12-0 to usyk and gassiev would make him look like an amateur.

What made Tyson Fury dangerous wasn't just his boxing ability - but the fact that his size; height, reach and weight all perfectly complimented his style.
He was no power puncher, he didn't need to be, but getting a jab to the face from Tyson Fury isn't the same as getting one from say Hughie Fury, where you can just walk through it like you had been smacked by a pillow.
People like Ward weren't the most devastating punchers, but their jabs still earned your respect - not very comfortable being punched in the face repeatedly and hard (all boxers are pretty hard hitters compared to the general populace).
In any case, Gassiev will be a great test to gauge how well Usyk would do at HW. Sure he beats them on ability, but even someone like Parker who is durable and has decent power but has the size advantage of being a HW presents limitations for Usyk. HW are acclimated to the weight
The heavyweights are not that good right now so they might do OK at heavyweight. The prime Tyson was faster and more dangerous than any heavyweight fighting now and he would knock them both out. Wilder and AJ might knock them both out as well but they would have a chance to win.
