No it's not. Cotto and Margarito got battered. Algieri was knocked down 6 times. Horn was a bloody mess and the referee, on ESPN for everybody to see, almost stopped the fight. i really don't know if a lot of these guys were watching boxing when manny was at or near his prime. cotto and margarito were not only battered around the ring, they were carried. pacquiao literally turned to the ref to try and get him to stop the fight. margarito went blind in one eye and couldn't get a license to fight in most states. he broke the orbital bone and battered one of the most durable welterweights i have ever seen.

If you include only after the Cotto fight, I think Algieri, Horn and Margarito should have been stopped.
