How the hell did this dude cut to 135, no wonder he looked like a Somalian refugee at weigh ins dude was sapping the hell outta his body. Crawford was pretty much a weight bully at 135
I thought Horn might be too big but Crawford walks around more than Horn, Horn said his weight is 170 walking around, Crawford is a good 7 pounds more than him.
He cut a lot at 135lbs that is why he was wobbled by Gamboa.
Weight cutting in sports is not even a secret. Why is anyone surprised.
Only a few fighter now fight at their recommended weight.
Pac at 140lbs is one (He was weight cutting at 126lbs).
Before, Mayweather at 147lbs.
He looks pretty lean already muscular too, no gut so its his natura walking around weight, crazy how he was able to go all the way down to 135, but looking at him at weigh ins you could tell he was a weight bully dude looked like a skeleton

two separate photos/days. The first one he was weighed at 152.4lbs, but it's blank on the pic you provided
You posted this before. Walking around weights are totally meaningless because some boxers walk around very fat while others like Mayweather keep their weight down. Mayweather has probably never weighed 165 pounds in his life. Does this mean Crawford is a 12 pound or more bigger boxer than Mayweather? I doubt it. Crawford is a welterweight now and that is a good weight class for him.
Walk around weight is WHAT THAT PARTICULAR fighter weighs when not training for a fight. What/how they eat is irrelevant. Floyd walks around at about 150ish... Crawford, when not training, stepped on a scale and weighed 177 pounds. Not hard to understand.
He is a big guy and welter looks like a good weight for him, and he could move up again.
Weight cutting has come on leaps and bounds in the last 10 years.
Canelo walks around near 200lbs
I think the quicker the IBF rule is extended for all of boxing the better.
We need weigh ins at 30 days, 7 days the day before and on the day of the fight where only 5% of weight is allowed to be added.
Crawford has been a weight bully most of his career. He struggled with midget gamboa.
How in god name is he going to push around guys lik thurman, or garcia, or spence.Crawford made the 140 pound weight limit many times and beat everybody he need to beat to become the only undisputed champion in boxing. That isn't being a weight bully. That is following today's rules and kicking ass. He doesn't have to push Garcia and Thurman around. He only has to beat them and I think he will do just that if they fight. I agree he will lose to Spence but so will every other welterweight in the world. Gamboa was still very good when Crawford fought him. Gamboa rocked him once but Crawford still easily beat him and knocked him out.
I don't really agree with the term weight bully one could argue just as much that weight draining offsets that. Fighters are severely weakened by draining themselves.I agree. Calling boxers weight bullies is blaming boxers who follow a bad rule of weighing in 32 hours before the fight. If they make the weight limit for their weight class they have bullied nobody. If their opponent is too small he can drop down a weight class. A boxer can only drain himself so many pounds before he is hurting himself more than the lighter boxer he is supposedly weight bullying.
Pretty much every fighter in boxing cuts a s**t ton of weight and fights between two to four weight classes below their walk around weight.
A lot of Soul Brothers and Mass Shooters love to pretend guys like Spence and Crawford walk around at 150 pounds and fight at 147 pounds and Borat walks around at 162 pounds and fights at 160. Yet they think Ca$hnelo walks around at 230 and fights at 160, :loser:.
The only non-weight bullies I know of are Floyd Mayweather Jr. (except when he did Marquez dirty), Manny Pacquiao, Juan Manuel Marquez, and Guillermo Rigondeaux. It's no coincidence that they're some of the best.

But but canelo rehydrates to 250 lbs doe
"Walk around weight" can be a loose term, is this the weight he rebounds to? Or is it him not staying disciplined and eating his way up to it over several months. I walk around at 165, but can easily eat loads of **** and not exercise and be 180lbs in no time.
It also says "feeling heavy" in his caption, so maybe he is heavier than normal.
Also your natural weight doesn't necessarily stay static, you generally get a bit heavier as you get older, unless you constantly maintain it.
What it says to me is that he doesn't stay disciplined outside of camp and therefore he may not last all that long in the sport.
Not a good sign but I think this is probably the highest he's got up. Remember he usually fights every 4- months this time he took a longer break than ever so probably over indulged more and trained less. He looked gaunt before the weigh-ins at 135 but I suspect he'll be at a more natural weight now.
