Despite quitting in the Spence fight, Brook feels Spence isn't that good but that he's got enough to beat Peterson via a points decision. He adds that the primary reason he quit was because of the eye injury and that it just wasn't his night. He also says that he was allegedly ill during the Spence camp which collectively contributed to him waving the white flag and quitting mid-fight, believing that he could still beat Spence in a rematch with a stable, uninterrupted camp.
Who gives a damn what you call, the man had surgery on his OTHER EYE!!!

brooks is a con man and a liar just like you are
Brook was arguably winning the fight till his eye went.
Made Spence miss, countered him well.
The difference that night was Spence's stamina and work rate, not boxing skill.
Spence is relentless and went to the body well, once Brook's eye went, it was just a matter of time.
Kell stamina went as well.
If there was a rematch, and Kell can improve on his fitness he could win the rematch.
Whether that will happen is another story.
the odds on getting your eye socket broke twice in a row might be 2 billion to one. so I call bull s h it on the second time where brooks says it happened in the spence fight. he just cant accept the fact he quit cause GGG destroyed him so he makes up the eye socket injury. also brooks has a lot of trouble making WW another reason he gassed out and he looked bigger then GGG in their fight

GGG destroyed brooks physically and mentally and made it easy for spence to beat brooks otherwise brooks and spence go 12 rds with spence maybe winning by a couple points

bullsh1t, stop trying to give GGG credit for Spences win damn

He had eye surgery before this particular fight. He ballooned up in weight and had to come down to it's limit. This was the only fight in his career against Spence that Brook had to do those things. He was Poor and Rusty in those first couple of rounds, but then it was still even going into round 8.When they eye flamed up and got broken up again along with the physiological issues. This was a unique fight for Brook. If Brook had faced Spence instead of GGG in September 2016 which he was supposed to do,given Errol was his mandatory then. This would have been a whole different story.
He was cleared for the fight so he was 100% ready. He didn't balloon up in weight he seemed to put it on sensibly. Plenty of fighters go up in weight and come back down. Your boy got beat into submission and you're here trying to save his pride or worst giving credit to another fighter. He quit against Spence. His corner saved him against Golovkin. Do you know how hard it is for a professional boxer to make the choice to stop fighting rather than continue to take a beating. I can understand why Brook would want to change the fact that he quit. You're making the argument that it was another man that 'caused him to do it. That's pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Brooks hard to impress as brook is very good.
scores through ten rounds
adalaide byrd 97-92 spence
dave parris 95-94 spence
alejandro lopez 96-93 spence
spence was on his way to a clear points win. he was gaining steam as the fight went on while brook was folding under pressure. spence defense is not that great but he has a tremendous gas tank and a robotic determination to wear you down. brook couldn't take it. even with both eyes healthy he was gonna lose UD. spence style is like a snow plow hes gonna run through you no matter how much resistance.
The fight wasn't that close. Brooke look good in the first 5 rounds but it was clear that Spence was fighting with 12 rounds in mind. He was working the body throughout which were evidently the effective punches.
Give me your reasons why you think that was the worst version of Brook. I don't have to ask why you think the version that Golovkin fought was the best version.
All I know is a WW landed hard shots on Golovkin. Now all of a sudden everyone is doing it and he turned old over night.

Round 10 says otherwise. The fact is the worst version of Brook in his entire career lasted 11 rounda with Spence. The best version of Brook got taken out of 6 rounds by Golvokin. You tell me who is really overhyped.

It was a close fight, Brook was looking good. They're both good fighters.
Crazy how both of his eyes have went in straight fights. I'm pretty certain it will happen again before he hangs them up.

He’s not giving Golovkin credit
He’s saying Golovkin exposed an issue that Brook has, which was ultimately the deciding factor in the Spence fight, which was pretty close up until it was stopped
I wouldn’t be surprised if Brook lost his next fight due to eye socket issues...
If we’re being honest, the fight was neck and neck... close as you’ll get them
Shame Brook has some strange eye socket issues. Never seen it happen to a fighter in back to back fights

:lol1: Best version of Brook at 160. Yeah....
