Tyson did have back surgery a while back and was on opiates for some time. Not sure if he caught a habit, but he wasn't high on opiates in that video. Listen to a few junkies and you can spot them in a second. When someone is on opiates, even low amounts, their voice gets tired sounding. Easy to pick up on. Mike looks like he's just happy being with his son here.
