I've heard that boxers try not to have sex before a fight so they're at their best. Is this true? Does sex before a fight have any effect on a boxer's performance?
I think there are multiple factors involved. Not busting your nut for some days can cause you to become more irritable and anxious. This may lead to a better performance in the ring because you've got this built up energy and anger sitting inside. Though even that can be taken with a grain of salt.
Having sex causes you to produce more testosterone so to me, it's probably better to bust your nut as often as you can. I truly mean that. Helps keep your hair growing quickly, your nails, etc. When you stop busting your nut, your hair growth speed slows down, lol.
Though the idea of the very night before a fight, it's probably more to do with energy levels and just ensuring you had a good night sleep before the fight. To be "professional" about your work let's say because as an athlete, your job is to perform. If you're not sleeping well the night before your fight and can't perform because of that, that's an "unprofessional" thing to do. If you lose the fight, people can say you deserved it for your lack of professionalism by staying up all night having sex, lol.
I always stayed away from actual sex before a match, but I'd still watch stuff like phim sex hentai just to clear my head or relax a bit without draining energy. Some guys say it weakens focus, but for me it helped ease nerves—better than going in all tense. Everyone's different though, gotta figure out what works for your own routines.
I think it's a myth. In fact when you sploooge everywhere, that release makes your body increase testosterone production which helps in training and performance.
The ONLY thought I had in my mind of the reasoning for this was to make a fighter more irritable which may provide additional aggression in the fight. By having yourself all bottled up without having released in some time, you might show up more angry. Though that's about the only thing I can think of for the reasoning.
I know people said, there is also distractions and yeah, that's true, but a normal human being should be able to balance training and what they do outside of training like any non athlete. They're training for a few hours a day, not 24 hours, lol.
Was it AJ who said he doesn't follow the rule and look at him. Sure, his performances are hit and miss, but I don't think it had anything to do with his sex life, but rather, he's a hit and miss type fighter. Leaky defense will bring problems to you when you're up against punchers.
Well, everyone’s body reacts differently, though. I personally don’t know how it affects performance, but I’ve had experiences with https://tosituhma.com/, where I met someone casually. It was a low-pressure situation, and it definitely didn’t impact my mindset, so maybe it’s all about balance and finding what works best for you.
I feel you, my body reacts in the same way as you described it. Having sex before a fight makes you feel lighter in some kind of way, but also more relaxed, which is bad I think, because your reaction time becomes a bit slower because of this. What is better to do, is to get relaxed but excited at the time. To achieve this, I am going to tantric massage Manchester before the fights, and this makes me more confident and ready for the fight, and also full of energy and ready to destroy the opponent.
I think having sex before a fight would be a good idea if you could think that far ahead. My wife and I usually have sex after we fight. A few times we had sex while we were actually fighting, which was great but the timing is critical.
The only thing I can think of is when you have sex and you really slaying poon.
Not just a jab-stab; dagger; or 2 pump chump like you a wannabe p^rn star.
When you really dropping the noots off in a bird.
Your s/hit gonna be all f/ucked up the next day. Hip flexors tight, lower back tight, maybe hamstrings or quads tight, abs possibly too.
Cause you were over here doing a full training camp endurance session the night before a fight.
Which obviously with the recovery needed the next day, your body has already built up micro tears in the muscles and trying to recover so you're not at 100% the next day.
But again, that's only if you really doing work on a bird.
Not just a stabby-rabbit mfer like you want to be on p^rnhub or something. But you really know how to f/uck.
Otherwise, it really doesn't apply. Go stab happy bust a nut and go fight the next day. You really didn't put in no f/uck anyways. So do you.
But when you really f/uckin, you definitely gonna be feeling it the next day.
It also depends on the position, if you have to carry that 250 pounds bbw, it's almost like doing squats, you are in a world of trouble.
a bj is fine. :boxing:
To be honest, I also think that it is all in your head. I used to train as a mixed martial arts fighter, and all of our coaches would keep telling us that we should not have sex before a fight. A guy who was training with me, was always having sex before the fights, and he was consistently winning! I really think that abstaining does not help you at all. Most of us were not having sex before fights as they were afraid of the coach, and we all wanted to win, but most of us were browsing the best **** site 24/7 the week before the fight :D.
You got a great point in here
I guess it depends what timeframe people mean by "before" a fight. I think most would agree you would want to save your energy for fight night and would not want to blow your load the day of the fight. I would also think it could be detrimental to further deplete yourself while doing a weight cut, so maybe fight week is off the table too. But abstaining for 6-8 weeks seems excessive. I assume a fighter could get laid up to the week before a fight and still be okay.
As an all around athlete , I noticed that it weakens my legs
Feels like the legs become mush and harder to recoup , but do enjoy busting a nut after the sporting event
I think something like mythbusters debunked that belief, however after sex I feel drained and legs feel shaky.
True. When we have a basketball tournament i don't masturbate.
