Davis is an adult, so he's not a kid. He's also an ex-world champion, and has an amateur record of 206-15, so he dipped his feet plenty. I bet he'd jump at the chance to fight Loma past his prime. Canelo wasn't too young for Mayweather, Cotto, Lara and Trout, but he was for GGG? Yeah, okay... Not only that, but GGG was his mandatory when Canelo had the WBC title, so Canelo was supposed to either fight him or unify. He did neither. This is the hurt business. If you don't wanna unify or fight your mandatories, you got no business holding major belts. Mikey already has a fight set up with Lipinets, and he may or may not stay at 140. Let's be honest, how much will more experience really help Davis against a fighter of Loma's caliber?
