Please explain how Calzaghe is much better. No controversial wins, no wins marred by deliberate fouling. Faster hands, faster feet, more power, higher energy levels and better punch variation. Ward had a left hook and grab and a left jab and grab and then his other best punch was his headbutts and his strategy was to just hold and use an assortment of fouls. Calzaghe had a better jab too and even though his offense was often sloppy and slapped I'll take that over a glorified spoiler who got away with cheating every fight.

Or in England, Joe land 2 decent punches and the ref stops the fight in his favor. Didn't he land like 800-900 against Lacy and the ref let the beat down go on even Lacy's promoter I think was asking the ref to stop him.

It's Christmas day not April fools Doesn't matter what day it is, Ward has all of the advantages. He's faster,puts his punches together better, better defense, better jab and is at least as powerful with any punch you name. I guess you could claim that if the fight were in England, as soon as Joe lands two good punches the referee will stop the fight in his favor, but that's the only chance Calzaghe has.
