A lot of people here (the usuals really) will claim Loma is ducking and will then pick Salido so why not? It would be ugly and Salido would likely quit or get himself DQ'd within 5-6 rounds. Might as well do it if there's nothing else available and/or he is fighting 4 times next year.
I would watch. How lame was the first time. A old dog vs the up and coming in pros-amateur star. So it should be the same. Plus u wont ever take that win from salido. That is the best selling point
Edit:
And the guys has what? Less than 15 fights? Let him fight salido.
Avenging a robbery loss isn't lame. It is a necessary action. The problem now is, the detractors, who are the main reason it needs to be avenged, are crying that it is now a pointless fight. In 10+ years, beating the breaks off an old Salido will make the resume read better.
It would be lame now. Journeyman Roman just sent Salido into a 4 day retirement.

Your feeling is strange and wrong. Salido is retired. Loma wants to unify 130 or go to 135. Arum wants to put on fights that sell well and a rematch would not sell well.
Salido came out of retirement already

It would be lame, yes. Salido's a warrior and has nothing to prove. His health comes first and foremost. His family looking on as he was pummelled and still tried to fight on courageously was sad to see. Time to hang them up and be with his family. There's life beyond boxing.
Do you follow the news? He has announced his comeback.

Salido was already past his best for a while, but after getting stopped by a journeyman, I have the same level of interest in this rematch as much Pacquiao vs. Torrecampo II.
