This fight proved, to me, that Ali is a great fighter. I don't think that a hard, Brook, or Charlo would've beaten the Cotto we saw tonight. Ali does have a lost on his record but I think he has redeemed himself and he should be placed on top 10 P4P list. This is how I have it.

Congrats to him got the win when no one (including myself) thought he would win. However whether at 147 or 154 he’s food and is getting ko’ed by everyone elite
I thought Ali was too big for welterweight anyway. I'm guessing he saw the monsters at 154lb and decided if he can make weight at welterweight that's where he should campaign with the amateur history behind him too. Looked comfortable at 154lb. The kid isn't getting any younger so should milk this title for a payday. I don't like to see boxers retire broke as fùck.
Hearn will come calling because it will be easier to deal with a former 147lb fighter for Brook and easier to negotiate since it's not Liam Smith who is much more natural at the weight and who is with a direct rival for Hearn in Warren.
People still acting losing to Vargas was bad, Vargas had Bradley out on his feet and gave Pacquaio one hell of a fight, you bet your a$$ he beats both Bradley and Pacquaio
Crawford, Thurman, and Spence don't have a Cotto on their resume
Cotto is way passed it, it was his last fight his name doesn’t have much bearing on anything elite in 2017-18
He's not elite but I've said it before, he's offensively extremely talented. It's his defence and laziness that lets him down. He tries to be too cute when shifting between offense to defence and back again, too upright at times and doesn't step outside as often as he should
If he can tighten up defensively, he'll be one hell of a fighter
