Whoever voted very healthy is clueless. There is nothing plant-based in that selection which everyone should know by now the absence of is linked to a plethora of diseases and ailments. Cancer societies would call that picture cringe-worthy. A smaller steak with a couple eggs and the addition of plant-based protein's and a fruit bowl or some Spinach/Kale would provide rounded nutrition.

Steak for breakfast? Well steak isn't traditionally eaten at breakfast. I'm more likely too eat pork sausages. But porridge and eggs is more like a athletes brekky
