I would slightly favor Berto for his aggressiveness and punch output. Which isn't saying much since Berto was never elite class and he's been on the downslope of his career for some time now. People need to stop talking about Broner as if he is relevant. All of the top WWs would crush him, and there is no one left at 140.
Berto would beat the sh1t out of Broner.
Broner has the more natural talent, but Berto has more heart. Not saying Broner isn't tough or durable, he just doesn't have the will to win when his opponent shows a lot of resistance.
BOth are susceptible to effective pressure but I think Berto would edge him on points. Though he's fairly defensive, he can be active when he needs and that seems to be key in beating Broner.
These guys are all roughly welters. Should setup a tournament. Winner is "King of the has beens"
