Who do you want to win - Lomachenko or Rigondeaux?

I've gone for Rigo, I normally have a soft spot for the underdog, plus he's been badly treated throughout his career. But Loma is also a truly great fighter as well so no real shame for either if they lose.

That's a tough call. One the one hand I really like watching Loma fight and I'd like to see him do well, but on the other hand it would be pretty wild if Rigo won this. I think I can't lose either way. So mostly just hoping it's a great fight.

I have a thread about rivalries in boxing. 2 boxers promoting each other, instead of individually. Rigondeux needs to win this fight. If not, the rivalry will be completely put to naught.

A lot of people want Rigo to win because of how he has been treated as a professional. But it's not Loma's fault that Rigo was treated that way. It's the same thing when people blame Salido's low purses on Loma. How does that make sense? These two are two of my favorite fighters but it will be better if Loma wins. Loma has more to offer. Plus, Rigo and his team (mostly his team) have done almost nothing but bad mouth Loma. I don't like that. Loma has always been respectful towards him.cut the crap a lot of people want rigo to win because they are anti loma or straight up racists and you know it those same idiots blame loma for saildo's low purses or for everything else for that matter lol you can count on one hand the number of real fans rigo has on here. lomachenko will shut them up when he smashes rigo.

Am I the only one that doesn't care? These two fighters make me appreciate the beauty, the art, and the skill of boxing at its highest level. I just want about I can re-watch over and over again, not because it was action packed but it is boxing at its best.

Rigo so he can finally get the respect he deserves.

Whats odd for me is that sometimes it comes down to who the most obnoxious fans are and I root for the other fighter. I've been on the fence in the past with some fights and even favored a certain fighter and then got so tired of that fighter's fanbase that I just wanted to see their mouths shut and I rooted for the other guy.

for the good of boxing I'm rooting for lomachenko to win. rigo is a cancer to the sport of boxing he turns off fans rather than bring them in.

Unrelated - I cant believe Rigo has a 3 inch reach advantage! Just saw that! I have gone back and forth for different reasons on who I want to win as well as who I think will win so no vote. As to the outcome, draw or majority decision, either way is my pick.

I'd like rigo to win, he's the old underdog going up 2 divisions, and he's got very little time left, Loma could still recover from a loss and be great, rigo I don't think would recover from a loss.

I just want a good fight, but the future seems to be Loma.

El Chacal.

I like and respect both. I want Loma to win, but Rigo won my respect the way he dominated a future hall of famer like Donaire. I also have a soft spot for him because he's the underdog with an age and size disadvantage against Loma. People criticized Rigo for not moving up when he couldn't get fights, but fighters would have ducked him anyways if he did move up. He's a really small guy, even compared to Loma who is also pretty small himself.

I like both but would have to say I want Rigo to win given that he has a lot of disadvantages in this fight (age,size etc)

Who will you be rooting for to win in the fight? As much as I like Lomachenko I'm still hoping Rigondeaux edges it out due to how much is stacked against him in the fight. It would be cool to see him pull it off after moving up 2 weight classes to fight him. I'm usually let the best man win, but you stated exactly how I feel about this one

Rigo i feel he can truly be ATG but his career has been mistreated because if his style. If he wins this they have no choice but to give him the spot light which i feel he truly deserved for years now.
