He took more risks than majority of boxers out there and yet he gets less respect. Such an underrated boxer.
Wins over....
Pacquiao - Floyd fans thought Bradley won.
Marquez - After his biggest win in his career(Pac).
Witter - In England. Something Ward never did during the Super Six.
Alexander - Undefeated, a big fight at the time although not that exciting thanks to Alexander. Bradley still outclassed him, you could tell Bradley was on another level.
Peterson - Undefeated. You guys don't like cheaters right? Peterson may of been on that stuff and Bradley still kicked his ass. I see how you guys hate on cheaters and praise Peterson *cough -PBP-*
Others on his resume are....
Vazquez - Decent boxer
Vargas - Undefeated
Rios - made him quit.
Holt - After putting Torres to sleep.
Casamayor - not prime but was a good boxer in his better days.
Provo - in an exciting fight, the fight showed how much heart Bradley had.
His opponents on his whole resume had a combined record of 674 wins in 36 fights. Wins over two ATGs in Pacquiao and Marquez. Does Canelo? Does Ward? Does Cotto?
Ward and Dirrell were sceduled to fight anyway and Dirrell had to pull out because of injury (supposedly) and sat on the shelf for years after that.
Only guy Ward missed was Bute. Should have fought him to be honest but he let Froch do it.
Yes the mystical Dr. Shaw "Gary" Hi that nobody ever heard of nor saw. I've heard of this guy before but only from the Dirrell camp. Word on the street has it that this Doctor is more Illusive than Al Haymon himself.
Cut my loss? This has been a 11-1 match in my favor. It's not that serious but yet you've been replying with no fair comparison.
Give me the standards on why you rank Bradley lower, I'll do similar standards to yours as to why Bradley is better? You keep doing the same thing over and over and over that you criticize me for yet again. Damn dude! You really don't have much to be honest. I don't think you will reply with a way to have even standards without owning yourself. :lol1:
I love astronomy and even have a nice telescope so the earth is flat bullshit will never happen. I'm aware you were being sarcastic.
Now we're talking about "standards!" You change positions more often than the Kamasutra. Notice you didn't refute anything I said. You're best response is always, "you keep saying the same thing." Well, I haven't.
If you think it's 11-1 that's a lot coming from you. The reason I keep responding is 'cause I'm having so much fun. I'm still trying to figure which boxer you support. I know who you don't like. Hence the reason you started this whole thread in the first place.
You called me out? Man, it's not that serous. You've been reeling in your own thread for a few days now. A reasonable person would cut his loss and move on by now. Did you even read the responses to the article you linked? I read the first 2 pages and none of it helped your case.
I don't put JMM in the same category as Mayweather/Pacquiao but that doesn't mean I don't rate him highly. In fact he's the only/most impressive "WIN" on Bradley's resume. You know who else JMM lost to? CHRIS JOHN!! You think Mayweather or Pacquiao loses to Chris John?
Next thread, you should try and convince everyone the world is flat.

I called you out to let's compare the whole list vs the whole list. You keep on doing what you accusing me of yet again. You think Ward, Cotto, Canelo, & Calzaghe beat only A game boxers? :lol1:
Here is an article from this very own place that whoever won between Alexander and Bradley would be considered the best in the division. Whether me or you disagree with it is another thing.

If Marquez losing to Pac/Mayweather knocked him down a notch then do the same thing to the other boxers on the list. You keep having different standards on and on and on. Should Abraham go down an notch also for losing to Froch before Ward? Should Cotto go down a notch for losing to Floyd and Trout before Canelo? Should Kessler go down a notch to Ward cause he lost to Calzaghe and in a fight many thought he lost vs Froch? C'mon man!! You're making this too easy for me.

Well Floyd was in his 4th weight class with hand problems. Can't even compare. Tim has 1 ko at 147
And you didn't expose anything. You said rios was off his best win yet Alvarado got kod by ruslan destroyed by Marquez and was on crack for the trilogy. It wasn't a great win at all
I bet you casuals and a lot of boxing fans never looked at Floyd being in his 4th weight class. It's easily comparable but you want to twist it just like you're twisting my words. I said one of the best wins, not the best and not great either. You probably didn't remember the hype back then, people seem to have short term memory or it's most likely that they only follow a particular low number of boxers only instead of the sport total.
You're the one that replied with Rios calling him fat and lazy. And your last comment was about Rios too. You knew I was going to expose your standards so now you're twisting it into thinking that I'm so wrapped by it.
Higher KO% than Floyd(after DLH). I was replying to a poster because he thinks Bradley would be loved more with a higher KO%. I gave him an example that Floyd was still loved even though he wasn't knocking people out.

ok why are you so wrapped on rios still? lol i just dont get what you mean when you said "bradley had more" more what?

I'm not changing history. It's what has been said and if you've seen the fights, they were entertaining for most of the rounds. People thought it was going to be a barn burner. As someone that's into boxing more than regular folks, I saw a victory for Rios before the third fight took place. But like I said, a lot of people saw it the other way as an exciting fight because of the ones prior. Even on here some people thought Alvarado was going to box his way to a decision.
I can probably find similar things with the other boxers too.....so careful with the standards you're putting on Bradley.

now youre just changing history, one of his best wins? alvarado lost 2 in a row vs ruslan and marquez, then was on crack in the 3rd fight lol
not tims fault but just saying.. so tim has more what than floyd?

It's the truth. Go to WorldStar Hip Hop and see the racism and the coon calling to people of color that think with logic.
Btw Rios was coming off one of his best wins in the Alvarado trilogy win. If he was lazy, that's on him. Bradley shouldn't take the blame for someone else's mistakes.

there you go with the race shlt again lol
and bradley had more what? kos? he started his career at 140 and has 1 ko at 147 of a fat lazy rios

Floyd Mayweather after going super diva mode after beating De La Hoya went on to have a 25ish KO percentage. One of them was on Ortiz who was dumb, Hatton, and McGregor. Bradley had more in his career.
It's because Bradley didn't sell the lifestyle flashy shit that Floyd fans eat up. Floyd is out there praising Trump and they don't want to call him king coon like they do other people. Them seeing Floyd in fancy shit, it's like they living it too. Bradley is complete opposite.

We can go round and round in circles but I get the feeling I'm not going to convince you. I'm happy to see that even posters that I never agree with feel the same way as I do. I will make one last attempt to take Peterson and Alexander out of the equation. The only person of significance Peterson beat was Khan. In yet another controversial decision. Amir Khan has been a running joke in boxing for the last 4 or 5 years. The only person Alexander beat of any significance was Marcos Maidana. You know who else beat Maidana? You guessed it, Amir Khan. The "running joke" I just mentioned. The "best at 140" wasn't good enough to boost his resume. Yes losing to Mayweather and Pacquiao did knocked Marquez down a notch. And I'm huge JMM fan. I thought about the 10 name but that's way too much effort at this point.
I might not convince you BUT, hopefully you'll reconsider using Alexander and Peterson as the basis of your argument. I happen to also like Peterson but I wouldn't use him as an example to boost anyone's resume. You had some good points but you haven't convinced me either. Cheers!

I could have put more true, go ahead and put all of yours and I put all of mine with Bradley. Peterson and Alexander were top notch opponents. The fight with Alexander was to be the best at 140, similar to Froch with Wardso go for it, put your 10 names on Ward's record. Marquez getting knocked down a notch lol, you're doing the same thing you're accusing me of dude. I can play that game too.
If you disagree then let's go, put your names. I put mine on the opening post. So far it's still looking like his resume is still better than ALL of them. No one has yet to change my mind about it. I still don't see it and I'm not being a nut hugger nor a hater. Looking at the names on the resumes, closest is Ward, then Calzaghe, then Cotto, then Canelo, then Golovkin, and then others.

i still dont know what timmy did that was so special :dunno:
what were his years of dominance :dunno:
his p4p high :dunno:
https://www.*************.com/columns/timothy-bradley-3rd-best-fighter-world/
My opinion is his years of dominance were 08-13. When he beat Witter in a fight were I think he was the underdog is where it started. The odds were like -700 to Bradley's +500.
His p4p high was #3. They hype was with Ward, Bradley never really received that much hype even though it was pretty much the same with him and Ward when they faced better opponents with knockout ratios.
We're breaking down Bradley because you're making a claim that some of us think is unproven. Whether you count the controversial wins or not there's no way to dispute his was particularly egregious. You conveniently left off Dawson and even Bika (who went on to become a world champion). If you weren't trying to win this debate there's no way you would consider Peterson or Alexander top notch opponents. Marquez lost to Pacquiao and Mayweather so that knocks him down a notch for the top tier. We're going around in circles because you're beating a dead horse. I can also see where you coming from but I disagree whole heartedly. Maybe if you ranked all the fighters you named and put him in between some where. However, to make a blanket statement and say his resume was better than ALL of them, surely you must have known you were getting a lot of push back.

Sirius people dont realize this but I remember when Devon "Black Lives Matter" Alexander was considered to be the man to step into FMW Jr's shoes. I personally thought he was going to.
8-4'd pacqiaou being generous to pacman.
Bradley made Marquez look slow. Too slick too athletic.
Peterson is a top notch pure boxer, juiced to the gills.
Rios was a question mark. As much of a Bradley fan as I am the fact was Rios gave him a hard fight. Rios was clearly out of shape and gave Bradley one hell of a fight until he gassed.
Provonikov a flat footed brawler with no skills. Anybody with a 1/10th decent jab beats him. Jesus even Mathysee outboxed him with his jab. But I guess your as good as the boxing community makes you out to be.
LMFAO @ Devin "BLM" Alexander
WTF are you guys doing with Bradley then? My whole deal is if you don't count a controversial fight, then do it for the others too. Count them but if not, what Ward, Cotto, & Canelo have done isn't better than Marquez and the rest that follow. Add the controversies, and it gets even worse. Ward got a gift against Kovalev too but but it's a different level of controversy. :lol1:
You have yet to give me a good reason why Ward has a better resume. All you guys keep doing is bringing up the Pac fight while ignoring your side. Bradley was considered the best at one point at 140, a division. It's similar to Ward at 168, they fought some of the best but they didn't clean their divisions even though they were #1.
Froch
Kovalev
Kessler
Abraham
Is not better than
Pac
Marquez
Peterson
Alexander
You can debate the last 2 of each but definitely not over the first two. Having a W over Pac and Marquez is even better than all those 4 combined. Remove Pac & Kovalev, beating Froch is not better than beating Marquez.
But anyways, this keeps going in circles. There has been posters that see where I'm coming from. If you can't see it yet after explaining myself over and over and over then you never will. You're in denial and don't want to think as your supermen as an overrated or having an inferior resume to an underrated boxer.

It was khan that ducked bradley. IBF ordered bradley-khan to fight brook for the title and turned it down
Since when???
Bradley ducked Khan and fought Casamayor instead an act so cowardly that the WBC stripped Bradley for backing out.
Tim Bradley undoubtedly had an impressive resume. If he had more power, he would have definitely been rated amongst fans more favorably.
Floyd Mayweather after going super diva mode after beating De La Hoya went on to have a 25ish KO percentage. One of them was on Ortiz who was dumb, Hatton, and McGregor. Bradley had more in his career.
