AJ lacks the stamina and speed to not get KTFO by Wilder.
Reume's don't win fights...fighters do.
AJ is still green and yet he would still easily be the best fighter that Wilder has fought. Wilder would not be the best he has fought in only 19 fights.
Wilder's record is pathetic and only a rabid fanboy could possibly think differently. He was piss scared of Klitschko, washed up or otherwise. Hell, Tyson Fury could walk out of his local pub and walk all over Wilder.
AJ lacks the stamina and speed to not get KTFO by Wilder.

we'll agree to disagree , i absolutely agree wilder is quicker, but he lacks discipline in his punches and is extremely wild and loves to leave himself open.
He hasnt fought a single live body that can utilise the space he opens up on himself with his big archy swinging.. I THINK AJ can take massive advantage of that.. either way it'll be fun. If he fights with something close to discipline like he did with Stiverne, it'll be a much beter fight IMO.
If wilder wins, he gets all the props he deserves from me, but if he loses... im never gonna let you forget it. And no doin a 1hour and going straight to the PED excuses or saying Hearns bought the judges :boxing:
in the meantime, no old man ortiz has failed another test, who do YOU think wilder should fight before unification.
Look who's talking.
Brits jump on anything warm and moving, like the fleas they are:lol1:
Ya'll were on Kell Brook's crotch like pubic lice...now you've scurried to the crotch of a juiced-up Nigerian dope dealer.:lol1:
You people will flock to anything...because you're not used to having anything:boxing:
AJ's claim to fame is NOT getting KO'd by a washed-up 41 Vlad...and look how ya'll grovel at his feet.
Vlad had that sorry mofo but was too washed-up to take out the trash.
I had Spence beating Brook so...... ??and ive always said that thurman and spence , both americans, are by far and away the best welterweights by a mile.
I give yanks props when they deserve props, thats why Ward was my p4p number 1, not GGG or kovalev like you like to accuse every white person of thinking.
Where did i mention AJ lol? but if we're on that point, i bet you all my points now that when that fght happens AJ wins..
I'll put my faith in AJ, Whyte and Dubois over Wilder, Breazeale and washington any day. :boxing:
At this point it is not Wilder doing the "another opponent over Ortiz " plan. It is dibella. But if wilder agrees to Dibella I'm blaming him.
Your blaming Wilder for Ortiz cheating and not fighting him on steroids? Do you comprehend how Moronic that sounds?
because americans jump on any HW champ they have.. when he won the WBC all you had going for you was wilder.. in fact all youve still got is wilder... no other american HW is worth talking about, theyre all ****e.
If there was an american HW that was of the calibre of Tyson, Lewis, Holyfield.. **** even vitali, then wilder would be treated the same way most of you treat the parkers, molinas and arreolas.. with absolute disdain.
He's american, he's the only american HW worth a mention in the division because he has the belt, but he ****ing sucks in comparison to what alot of people on here deep down, know is a high calibre HW champ.
The fact he's black just adds fuel to the fire because whenever any of us who arent of the darker shade turn around and point out that hes absolute ****ing dog****e in compariosn to what a true HW champ has come to be known as, we're racist anti USA xenophobes.
Pops has been popped...AGAIN
He can't clear up anything.
In that Case Wilder have every right to move and find another opponent while Ortiz deal with WBC and VADA.
I've been a critic of Wilder, not because I hate him and don't want to see American Fighters Do Well like some of the Dumb Fuks on this forum. It's American Boxing, our Standards are much higher and it should be because of all the greats we have seen in the sport of boxing especially at Heavyweight so I refuse to declare Wilder anything until he proves it in a Major Bout!
But no Povetkin and Ortiz failing test is not some fuking Conspiracy against Foreign Fighters to Protect Wilder like some are reaching for right now :lol1:
Some of these posters are pathetic with their conspiracy theories that don't even make any sense. Also to add to these idiots are the boxing media who don't practice sound journalistic practices so rumor can be reported as fact. Far as I know it hasn't been reported by real media sites yet that the fight has been canceled yet, though it seems likely since this was a blatant failing of a closely watched drug test.
i could have seen this thread coming from a mile away. predictable. nobody with common sense is blaming deontay wilder for his opponents failing drug tests. think about it for more than one second, how could it actually be his fault other than sabotaging the drug tests? i guess he would have to like sneak into the lab and mess with them, which most likely did not happen. so no, its not his fault larry
Boxing has gone to **** because of the toxic fans. Instead of blaming the cheats, they go after the somewhat honest boxers. There are several examples of this. Salido vs Loma, Wilder vs Ortiz are just some of the countless examples.
Fans only become toxic because the sport turned into a plssing competition between the promotors, who aligned with fighters to fvck over the sport for profit and diluted the boxing in general.
All things considered, boxing is a moribund sport with archaic values that doesn't sit comfortably with this generation of fast kicks and social status.
There is a lot of talk around the growing popularity of UFC/MMA over boxing, but IMO that is due to them suiting today's lifestyles more than boxing does. Any curious boxing casuals have had to swallow some serious crap over the last couple of years with bad decisions, atrocious matches and made up belts etc. UFC/MMA don't appear to have these issues as most fights end pretty conclusively ;)
I'm sure they are exploring ways to "merge" boxing with other contact sports after May/Mac was a financial success, but then they could not align the respective fans who were already divided, so in terms of bringing boxing to a new generation, it failed. (maybe it should have been 3 high profile matches of boxers v UFC fighters as there are easily enough weight classes?)
Boxing really needs to change its politics though, which I think is the biggest restriction to the fans seeing the sport grow. Too many people in "control".
:boxing::boxing:
Only faceless Internet Trolls honestly! Nobody with a Full Functional Brain should be blaming Wilder for Povetkin and Ortiz failing Test.
That being said, let VADA and the WBC do their job before rushing to pick a replacement fighter. He should have alternatives already in the gym on standby since it has happened to him 2 Times Previously. If Ortiz can clear things up with the WBC and VADA then Fight On and monitor his samples closely!
He gets blamed because he's an American heavyweight; Especially a black one at that. There I said it! If these guys are so confident that Wilder is such a bum and paper champion then why do they cheat? Just beat his ass like a real man supposed to do without the use of doping or juicing.

Not that Wilder gets blamed, it's that he is so quick to pick an another opponent before even the situation clears up in less than 72 hours. Think about this, Ortiz was popped for medicinal drug. And then the, it isn't even clear if the drug was to cheat or just for his medicine. WBC reports it, Wilder quickly proclaims.
"HA! I TOLD YOU GUYS! DRUG CHEAT!" Without the assistance of evidence that Ortiz is actually taking steroids. And then in less than 48 hrs, they already have opponents lining up and saying even when the situation hasn't even YET TO BE determined and the quicklly announce. "FIGHTS CANCELLED WILDER VS LARRY THE GARBAGE COLLECTOR FOR DECEMBER #BOMBSQUAD #MOSTAVOIDED" without even giving a thought if Ortiz was actually clean or just in a bad position, and in a time span so quick.
he said he still wanted to fight him u guys are the ones who need to let the dust settle
