This thread is dedicated to all of the lies this pole smoker has told. Feel free to add your own.
Lie#1
Let's start with Froch. That fight was supposedly offered to Carl at 168 HOWEVER, Froch says they tried to drain him and actually wanted 166. Carl counters their offer and says tell them 172 and I'll think about it. Interesting part is Loeffler then counters with 170
Hearn said to reporter Chris McKenna: “Carl text me and said ‘what weight would Golovkin fight me at?’ and I said ‘172lb’ and Loeffler said ‘170’.
http://www.boxingscene.com/froch-who-golovkin-beaten-he-too-small-beat-me--110747
Ultimately they tried to get him to 166....not even SMW, WHICH Carl admitted he could not make anymore.
Lie #2
Brook wanted the fight at 160 lbs.
That's interesting because just a few months before that fight was signed, Brook asked for a 156 or 157 catchweight, which was quickly shot down.
“I think he’s too small,” Golovkin said when asked by _________.com if he would be willing to fight Brook at a catch-weight of 157lbs. “My focus is on 160"
Lie#3 "Life changing money"
Saunders was offered "Life changing money" to fight golovkin. Turns out, it really wasn't life changing at all.
"Saunders abandoned the negotiations over money, saying he was only offered $1.5 million while others said it was much more".
"Billy Joe Saunders has played down reports he received a whopping $4m career high pay day offer to tangle with the feared Kazakh KO King Gennady Golovkin, who holds the IBO/WBA/IBF world titles.
“I’ll go to America but these Americans have got to stop offering me s*** money to fight, people keep saying I got offered $4m to fight him. If I got $4m to fight Golovkin, I would be fighting him!” explained Saunders".

Lie#4 "anybody from154-168"
http://www.boxingscene.com/loeffler-confirms-golovkin-fought-degale-168--107066
"But if Hearn would have offered up another fighter in the Matchroom stable, like DeGale - Golovkin would have gladly accepted the contest and moved up to super middleweight to challenge DeGale for his title.
A fight with DeGale would have been a one-off appearance at super middleweight. Win or lose, Golovkin would have moved back to 160-pounds to continue his pursuit of the WBO middleweight title, which is currently held by Billy Joe Saunders.
"If Eddie Hearn would have said to Tom , when Eubank wasn't available, 'would you fight DeGale if DeGale was available' - we would have fought DeGale. But it just happened to be that spoke to Brook and Brook accepted - but we would have fought DeGale, at 168, because at that point it was nine weeks away from the fight," Sanchez told BoxingScene.com".
Brook happily accepted after there was no chance of getting a 157 lb catchweight. However, DeGale was there, and though from Golovkin's OWN MOUTH "brook is too small, he accepted that fight and wasn't willing to go up to 168 for DeGale...it just happened to be the too small guy first.
Remember, he was willing to drop to 154 for Floyd. He's not too small I guess even though he's much smaller than Brook.
Aren't facts fun?
Nope, Loeffler lies, you haven't changed facts one bit.
Ummm. Well yeah. I'm sure Loeffler does lie. It's just that none of the examples you give are demonstrable lies.
I'm not slick, I'm just not an idiot like you. I realize anyone who can put two sentences together coherently is slick in your world. Let's get real you likely flip burgers for a living so it isn't difficult for you to be overwhelmed intellectually. LOL!
But you did get me, you are absolutely right about Eubank's last name. You keep up that kind of good work and in no time you'll take that employee of the month title away from Curtsy.
Oh btw, still waiting for any proof that my initial post was wrong....so whenever you want to try...
I do realize that you idiot, you think you're slick because you try to create doubt in your own little mind, and twist real words from the horses mouth and pretend they didn't actually happen. Take the blue pill.
By the way genius... It's EUBANK...no s on the guys name. Farking c0cksmoker.

Which one is supposed to be a lie?
Life changing money (and it was £1.5 mil not $s I believe) can mean whatever you want it to mean. Loeffler never put a figure to it. Brook may have mooted a CW at other times but you have no evidence he even raised it in the final negotiations after the Eubank fight fell through. The Froch fight was discussed on several occasions and possibly at different weights - besides which you seem to be unclear on what you're actually accusing Loeffler of here - you certainly don't quote Loeffler saying he never offered Froch a fight at 166,,,,
Have I missed any? Do you even know what a lie is?
That's not to say I think Loeffler is some kind of paragon of honesty - quite the contrary - IMO all promoters are duplicitous, slippery MFers. It's basically part of the job description... which really makes your failure to catch Loeffler in an actual lie a bit amusing given how easy it should have been.
Nope, Loeffler lies, you haven't changed facts one bit.
They're are direct quotes, with each source. If you don't want to believe that, I believe the burden of proof is actually on you.

You don't even have a remedial understanding of what proof is? The burden of proof lies with the one makes the accusation/prosecution.

there really is no help for you.....all you do is talk about gays, aliens and now detectives.....you dont actually answer any questions or add anything....its sad
neither me or this metho poster are the first to mention this or bring it up
Ridiculous people with ridiculous conspiracy theories aren't interested in answers they are interested in pushing their "theory".
You have not one actual piece of proof that the whole Eubanks Jr. fight was a scam. Nothing.
But here's the thing I don't think you understand what proof is, so you'll come with your same BS.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burden_of_proof_(philosophy)
You didn't prove anything. You made a number of assertions based on supposition, hearsay and speculation. Anyone can assert any old sh1t they like but it's pretty much universally accepted (in law and philosophy, not to mention just being common sense) that the onus is on them to prove their assertions, not on those who disagree to refute them.

No one has ANY evidence to refute ANYTHING I posted. If you think that's being owned, you're definitely a golovkin fan.

Hey Nancy Drew why don't you write the article and break the story.
In your version Golovkin sounds like the MAN! Straight out of Karganda and he's running the show like a pimp in the US. He's got everyone eating out of his hands, making HBO cover up his dirty work. Now let me get this right he's this media darling yet he also can't draw a big audience. Not saying one way or another what I think but this usually seems to be what I hear from the Golovkin haters. Weird how a guy with no real clout because he has a small meaningless fanbase can be making people with actual power do crazy sht.
Again I ask you Angela Lansbury, why don't you write the story. God knows there are boxing sites where they let every clown write gibberish just as asinine as what you are spouting.

And where did I mention anything about Eubank? I didn't, but thank you for proving you didn't read my initial post.
I did read your post.
I wasn't responding to you, you kept inserting yourself in my responses to Curtsy.
His whole story is that the GGG-Eubanks Jr fight didn't really fall through it was all a conspiracy between the promoters with the plan of Golovkin fighting Brook.
I'm a huge ggg fan but I'm a realist. He ducked Ward imo. But canelo and GB ducked him for two years and now we see why. GGG two years ago would have destroyed canelo and so what canelo is young and can bounce back from a loss. Posters like you point out the lies or bs of one fighter but can't see the same bs and lies by other fighters. So who is the real fan boy?
Diego that line was funny man. Keep em coming
I have no problem disagreeing on opinions. Do I believe Golovkin could have made a fight with Ward, almost certainly. Do I believe it made an ounce of sense in any way not a chance. Maybe in 2012 when he didn't have tons of great options but not in 2015. Do I think it is entirely plausible that Ward was throwing some cover for Cotto absolutely. Also he was basically a non factor in boxing for the last couple of years, who else you going to call out at that time who gets you more publicity? Also kills the narrative that Ward didn't want to fight Golovkin.
I don't believe anyone ducked anyone. I don't think guys in different divisions can duck each other. In a different world I can imagine a fight happening but not with Golovkin's inability to get bigger fights earlier in his career.
Of course there is BS and over the top statements by boxers and their handlers. Not denying it. I actually don't think Golovkin would have had a bit of fear fighting Ward. Nor would Ward have feared him. I don't think Canelo was the one who didn't want to fight Golovkin, I think that was all GBP. I think Canelo is less interested in the rematch than he was in the first fight. On the opposite end GBP seems more interested in the second fight than the first fight.
Differences of opinions are part of the fun of these forums but I don't play well with haters when they start making up BS. When someone starts contradicting know facts you better present some source than just you got it all figured out and eveyone is lying.
I got my red because there are a lot of haters on here and when they start attacking I hit back harder. No fighter is perfect and no one is above criticism and discussion. So while I may be a fan of Golovkin and many fighters across all racial and ethnic backgrounds I'm not one who is going to sacrifice my fandom for intellectual honesty.
By the way I posted earlier tonight that if the 1.3MM PPV number is accurate that is a bit disappointing to me and I have a say about both Golovkin and canelo and what it means and it isn't all that positive.
Well if you are signing up for the whole ordeal with Eubanks Jr was a fake then I guess you are included.

Any idea how I can get my red bar to start flaming? I mean my reps hotter than the online passion between Methhead and Curtsy.

You're making generalizations of me and curt being on some conspiracy kick.
Well if you are signing up for the whole ordeal with Eubanks Jr was a fake then I guess you are included.
I can tell based on your responses that you didn't care to read my OP.
There's no conspiracy theories to it. You are indeed trying to deflect because you have no logical answers to my post. The quotes and the sources are ALL there in black and white.
Exactly WHAT conspiracy do you think I'm attempting to create? Other than showing facts?
Who are my responses titled to?
