How much GGG is donating for the relief efforts in Mexico? Considering his use of the "Mexican style" moniker. I hear that earthquake was pretty bad.
Any word any reports?
Borat can't even donate one pair of new boxing gloves to his old gym in Afghanistan (Watch the 24/7 episodes), you think he'll donate even a dollar?
F**k no! Even though Borat is half Asian I consider him culturally white since he's a piece of s**t, which is a white folk thing.
LOL! I think you are in love with Borat. Take your homoerotic fantasies somewhere else please.
I've been watching every Golovkin fight for years now and this last one was the first time I can recall him thanking Kazakhstan specifically. Nobody gives a sh*t about Boratistan, not even the people from there. Muh international markets doe.
I don't see why anyone would care what dollar amount he'd donate if he hasn't already. The point is he gave to his fellow man when his fellow man was in need and that gesture alone is priceless.
That said, I want nothing more for both the people of Puerto Rico and Mexico(as well as the island of Dominica) to rise above and beyond.
They say when Mother Nature is at its worse human nature should be at their best so let's all give what we can as people in helping in any capacity that we can.
Peace.
Pun intended?
Considering that if we go by guaranteed purses, without including PPV percentage gains, Canelo made 5$ mil and GGG 3$ mil. So Canelo should donate 2$ mil to make it even, and they can go from there...
Canelo should also donate all his purse from the Chavez Jr fight for that garbage performance.
He didn't lose a rd...why didn't Chavez donors his entire purse asswad?

Wow this thread is the saddest thing I've ever seen.
Canelo/Floyd fans are actually trying to define Mexican style as something other than boxing like a warrior. So Canelo is arguably not a weak coward now because by taking a photo op with emergency crew, he is now "Mexican style" and Golovkin is not.
Nice.
Yeah man. What people don't seem to understand is that like 99% of these people would rather be in Syria than wherever they fled to. They didnt want to leave. Most of them are Doctors, Lawyers, Teachers, Engineers etc but get treated like vermine in some places.
My Dad always told me to ask someone who questioned the actions of people who fought against Apartheid (Thank God I was 9 when that BS ended. And peacefully i may add) "What would you of done?" And the same goes for people who talk bad about refugees. "What would you of done?"
Our elected officials care more about building themselves $250 000 000 dollar homesteads than opening our borders. Hell our Government wouldn't even let the Dalai Lama in.
Sorry for only asking this now but where you from??
War is big business in some parts of the world... it's kept going by allot of first world nations due to gun trafficking and weapons sales. I think allot of these places are battling for resources... which i hope humanity sooner than later begins to change the idea of material importance... but that is a much larger conversation.
I'm from Canada.
I live in a country that has opened it's doors to Syrian refugees and i'm all for it. I think people who just want to go about their lives and not hurt anyone, should have that choice! I can't imagine the pain and heartache that happens from situations like this. But to have people who i voted for represent me in being that change is awesome! I love it! I think it shows a connection beyond borders and culture.

mexicans have probably bought the most mayweather PPV's compared to any other boxer
ggg just like all the other big money boxers should donate. mexicans support boxing in a big time in the us
Coming from a muslim background we are often asked to donate to folks in Syria or Palestine and Myamar and I'm up front enough to say there are people starving and struggling here in our town I'd much rather help them.
