Half of Garcias head is spiked hair and he is slightly closer to the camera. His arm is hooked around the guy so he's obviously not that much closer. Look at the shoulders that are next to each other and the overall frame. I believe this was a couple weeks after Mikey fought and shortly before Loma's last fight so Loma will naturally be a little smaller from cutting but the most important thing to note is bone structure/frame. They're not even close.
