Ive always said that the corruption in boxing is a microcosm of the US government and that's partly because boxing is ran by its politicians. Here are just a few examples for now and will provide lots more if there is interest

However, after the commission determined that that no low blows were thrown, Tony Weeks would later admit making a bad call.

Adelaide Byrd has been involved in several controversial decisions over the years but Commissioner Bennett above always comes to her defense even though promoters are "supposed" to have the right to dismiss a judge if they can prove questionable history.
People always think their country is the only corrupt one, this is not a thing of USA or the politicians involved in boxing. Many countries doesn't have politicians or judges around boxing but they still have equal or superior boxing corruption.
