BOXING is on a high in Britain but there is a danger lurking that could end the boom. It is time rival promoters stopped scheduling big fights on the same nights. And it is time the British Boxing Board of Control actually did some controlling. They have to step in to stop the madness as it is not fair on the public and if the public fall out of love with the sport then we are all bang in trouble. Click Here To Read More]
He's mad he had to move his date because the big dog stepped in and took his date. Stop whining and learn how to sell tickets to the Fury v. Parker fight. Stop promoting Canelo v. GGG more than you're promoting Saunders vs. Monroe Jr and Parker vs. Fury
Warren has nothing to do with Parker vs. Fury. The fight is going through Youtube by PPV (in UK and Ireland at least).
Frank is just mad because his PPV isn't doing big numbers. Considering people need to subcribe seperately to his channel, why should they then have to pay another charge? He's a bottom feeder now. The competition is actually healthy for the sport in the UK.

Furthermore, in a competitive market (not to mention competing programming) isn't overlap in scheduling inevitable? He's basically asking for a governing body to dictate market conditions to maximize returns for participants/promoters as a whole, but unfortunately for him that's not how game theory works. In this case, if he gets what he's asking for, it'd be more beneficial for him, but would result in some lost value to the market leader (which I assume is Hearn).
While they're at it the BBOC should also look into the favoritism showed by the WBO toward Frank Warren fighters.
Like that time when Austin Trout was mysteriously dropped from their rankings so that Liam Smith could get a shot at the vacant title.
