Anyone noticed that Conor's corner said Floyd wants to drag it out but they shouldn't be in a rush to KO Floyd ... keep boxing. How does this make sense? "Hey he wants to drag it out let's play into this more"
LOL these are always fun lil cliff notes of the fight + the behind the scenes stuff we don't usually see during the fight.
I hadn't heard that one of Conor's guys were thinking they might be getting close to stopping it in the 9th round.
Seems like a showtime production but I didnt find anything on their youtube channel.
Yea we already know floyd lost the first few rounds...is this video supposed to prove he did it on purpose or something?
I just wanted an excuse to post the video personally, but there are some that think conor legitimately won those rds.
It was a combination of Floyd carrying Conor, shaking off the rust, getting in the groove at his age, and knowing he would be able to do anything he wanted to Conor later in the fight. If that was even a 35 year old Mayweather, he would have torched Conor within 3 rounds tops. Probably still could have if he wanted to open up in the first round.
Just gets funnier.
Saw this video earlier, happy you posted it. The punch was clearly low and Mayweather wasn't hurt. He was acting the part, to get the refs attention.
