Well, if they do, I'm calling him Corner McGregor until the day I die.

Conor's corner might stop the fight but not at his request. I don't think Conor will quit but I do expect him to get stopped either by count out, referee stoppage or corner stoppage.

I can see the corner throwing it in if he'd getting beaten to badly. Then we can all hear about Conor the warrior who wanted to go out on his shield but his corner didn't allow it, etc.
