After Floyd beat Conor, do you agree that his boxing record be raised to 50-0 ?

Now Team Floyd is parading his 50-0 record coming from this farce joke 50th fight.

Why? It's not like this is the first time a novice pro has fought against a seasoned pro or world champion. The only difference is the magnitude of the event. Boxing is a business nowadays. It makes dollars and sense for both guys. Is it a circus? Sure it is. Does it change the fact lesser fighters have been sanctioned to fight in overmatched fights? Hell no. As I've already asked in this thread....if it shouldn't be counted does that mean it shouldn't be counted if on the off chance Floyd loses? If it wasn't sanctioned it still would be just as big a fight. Andre Ward couldn't even fight a professional boxer ranked in the top 10 of his division because they deemed it an unfair fight yet they sanction a fight with a guy who's never had a professional boxing match in his life. It's no secret Floyd does whatever he wants in Vegas so nobody should be surprised but doesn't mean it should have been sanctioned. Getting to 50-0 against a guy who's 0-0 is fking ridiculous

It shouldn't be counted any more than Ali vs Alzado or that Japanese wrestler he fought Yeah this Floyd-Conor farce joke fight should have been classified just an exhibition fight.

Of course. It's a sanctioned, professional fight. If he lost should it not count as a loss? Point is it shouldn't have been sanctioned in the first place

Stupid thread, there is no debating it...FACTS say McGregor, experienced or not, is licensed in Nevada, thus it counts for Floyd. If McGregor were to win by a fluke knockout, would people say it wasn't a real match? No. All of you on here would be acting like asswads because you've wanted to see mayweather lose for however many years...especially after he beat Manny.

See sig below, all of boxing is just exhibitions... Guys are making money to box, having met the jurisdictions licence requirements. It's not for any titles, so why people getting mad?

still counts as a win. All fighters have had easy fights on their record its just usually at the start of their career. Their was an aussie fighter would fought a guy in NZ and the Nz guy got in trouble because he was on the disability pension at the time. That still counted .

Its not a legit pro fight in my opinion, Floyd is a top 20 all time great how can he seriously count an exhibition match against a novice without a single pro fight as a proper victory. It might be an entertaining match for a couple of rounds but its not and never will be anything more than a moneymaking circus show.

Then after Floyd beat Conor and labeling himself as TBATGE because of the 50-0 undefeated record, the same peeps laugh at Floyd for claiming a joke, farce record. :D 2 different things. This thread is ridiculous. Whether the TS likes it or not, it is an official fight so it will count as a win or a loss. In Lomachenko's 1st fight, he fought someone 25-3, should he have not had that fight since the other guy had the record he did? Of course not. yes its an event more than a real fight. Accept it and move on to the real fights.

Nah not really. It should be billed as an exhibition fight, with celebrity fights on the undercard, then they wheel the ring away after the fight and have a raffle and a disco until closing hours. But, it's a sanctioned fight so it's going to count. It's down on paper as legit, so it counts.
