Bellew said a while ago he'd be happy to rematch Haye, on one condition - that the purse split for the first fight be reversed. That's what the sticking point is going to be.

I am just happy that Haye will be back in the mix, I want to see how he fights next time, I am really curious.

Was wondering the other day if Bellew was going to look for a title shot first; win or lose, the rematch would be there. Tony is obviously supremely guy, but he has to know in the back of his mind that he won largely due to his injury. A rematch with Haye will 75% likely end with him being KO'd.... UNLESS Haye is injured again.

His injury was already known. Haye and his corner knew it. His doctor in Germany knew this too! If the fight was canceled I would not be uncomfortable in this situation as a David Haye fan. I lost my respect to David Haye cuz he fooled his fans by fighting injured. He was lost against average fighter when I thought that he would assume a decisive role in the heavyweight division. But if he pulled out of another fight especially on fight week he would have been crucified by the media/fans so what did you expect?

i think it will be an easy sell tbh bro, they undoubtedly will bring the trash talk back and the selling point will be whether its a fluke or not. I stick to my belief that it doesn't outsell the first one. People have heard them trash talk before then hug it out. it will definitely be harder to sell if they intend to just do that again unless they actually scrap in the press conference this time and not just handbags. Or maybe i'm giving the paying public too much credit and they lap this crap up.

I don't think so. The fight was exciting for many reasons I'm sure this does the same or more buys I think a lot of the buys for the first one was off the back of the smack talk. The fight wasn't even that good, it was ok but it was just dramatic due to Hayes injury. I could be wrong but i don't see this doing the same figures.

Both laughing all the way to the bank. They both don't need to chase any title. They both don't need to chase any ranking or beat anyone ranked boxer in any organisation. They both just can rematch each other and milk this payday...... I don't blame them.
