When FanMan realised he done fxcked up!!!!
When Hatton fell apart after his loss to senchenko... You could tell he had been through a lot.
This one for me ^ I used to live just round the corner from where the Hatton Gym is now and followed Ricky from the early days. That sh1t was hard to watch.
Parker winning the WBO title. A huge, huge moment in New Zealand sport, had the whole country (plus Samoa) rooting for him. Seeing a humble man like Joe begin to realize his dream was pretty bloody special.
It was a long time ago back in the late 80s. I remember the knock down....I thought he didn't get up. I'm getting old. HAHA!
lol
To be fair, it was a pretty big knockdown

That entire round from Corrales vs Castillo one, Corrales heart and will brought tears to my eyes, something about someone who has no quit in them but still wants to fight chokes me up and then he got the ko, Joe goossen telling him you need a fuking knock out now, washing his mouth piece it was like something out of a movie, im surprised the ref didnt stop it after those two knockdowns, but Corrales came back to stopped him in the same round it was amazing.
Sad seeing Martinez go out the way he did against Cotto. Knee braces and all. Poor guy couldn't even stand on his own feet. Was one of my favorite fighters.
A positive one was when Mosley knocked out Margarito. What a performance that was from the underdog!
I don't know about choked up, but one of the most excited I have ever been was when Tony beat Cotto. That was the perfect boxing purist's fight. The announcers completely ignored the early body work Margarito was doing, but you could tell it was taking its toll. Then he kept the pressure on and Cotto wilted from the sustained attack. It was an absolute thing of beauty and when it was over I was screaming in delight. It's a shame that Margarito turned out to be a cheater, both he and Cotto were 2 of my top 5 favorite fighters at the time.
Mine was Cotto-Margarito 2
The Revenge match
Duran knocking out Iran Barkley. He was not supposed to win. He was old, he was too short, not strong enough....etc....but he won in dramatic fashion.
That was a great fight, Barkley got knocked down I think, not KOed
