I think it's Terence Crawford vs Errol Spence. Let's say they keep demolishing their opposition and fight in say, I dunno, like 2 years from now. Both unbeaten. Damn that would be an incredible fight.
What do y'all think? Who would be your pick, if you could pick one match up for the future?
Joshua-Wilder
Triple G-Canelo 2 (If Warranted)
Thurman-Spence and Thurman-Spence winner vs. Crawford
But Joshua-Wilder, biggest fight at HW since Lewis-Tyson.
Just as the saying: As the Heavyweight division goes, so goes boxing.
I was kinda thinking the same but I think Yarde would be more competitive. I was shocked they made that Davies/Taylor fight so early. Taylor was always gonna win no matter when they made it but I think it would've been a bigger fight with another year or two of marination
Davies would have got exposed if they marinated it, he got paid nicely. Developmently it was the right time for Taylor to fight Davies, he was pure hype, British level. Caterrall is better, hopefully Catterall/Taylor gets made soon, itll be a much better fight

I guess Hearn expected it to be like Groves vs DeGale and Saunders vs Eubank where the loser didn't really lose any stock and if anything it made a future rematch even more lucrative. Unfortunately for him his guy got exposed instead. Hope it doesn't make him reluctant in future to match prospects together or let his guys fight on other promoters' shows again
Joshua vs Fury could be huge, like a British Mayweather vs Pacquiao. We need Joshua to remain undefeated for a bit while Fury gets back into the swing of things though
In terms of quality I agree with Crawford vs Spence and would add Lomachenko vs Mikey
IDK, we'll see. That's why I want to see the fight. He looks like it but this is the pros, one punch can change levels
I get you, havent seen a lot of Yarde, always seem to be out when hes fighting, my feeling is though Buatsi/Yarde will be a similar outcome to Davies/Taylor
Whoever unifies the welterweight division, who I believe is Errol Spence vs Terrance Crawford. Youth, ability, skills, accolades, power, speed, TALENT. It has everything you could ever want and it's as big as it gets.
Second will be the final unification of the heavyweight division. Joshua vs whoever has the last belt or last two belts
Exact fight I was thinking of, but, have to see if TC is as good at WW first. If he ends up not being able to handle a top 5 guy at WW, then the fight loses a lot of it's luster.
From a British point of view Joshua/Wilder is the one, also in a couple of years Callum Smith/Benavidez think would be a goodun, think theyll be the ones to rise to the top at 168. Hope Josh Taylor is as good as I think he is, couple of years love to see him fighting Crawford/Spence/Thurman
thurman v spence
anthony joshua vs bomb squad wilder almost guaranteed not to last 12
rigo v loma
loma v garcia
garcia v crawford
crawford vs thurman or spence
first two are at the same weights. then from 126-147 there are a bunch of matchups that are a weight class away. obviously not all of them will be made if people start moving up. or if theyre content to fight cab drivers like rigo is.
I don't think it's the best but I think Joshua vs Wilder could be the biggest.
Hyped for this one, the winner is without any doubt THE new Lineal champion - Tyson Fury is retired.
Lomachenko vs rigondeaux
Negative : Rigo is old and Loma is two weight division removed.
Inoue vs roman Gonzalez
Beterbiev vs kovalev
Loma vs berchelt
All highly skilled, high contact action fights with all fighters possessing major power so you're on the edge of your seat
Excellent choice!
I like to add Charlo vs. the winner of Nelo-GGG, Santa-Cruz vs. Valdez.
Inoue vs roman Gonzalez
Beterbiev vs kovalev
Loma vs berchelt
All highly skilled, high contact action fights with all fighters possessing major power so you're on the edge of your seat
Anthony Joshua vs Deontay Wilder
for all of the belts, Undisputed Heavyweight Championship fight
In Las Vegas, NV
The anticipation and build up would be something else
There's nothing quite like the energy, excitement and anticipation for a top Heavyweight fight particularly when the Heavyweights are back in the limelight in the sport and are exciting to watch with their knockouts, power and size.
Undisputed Heavyweight champion in a fight like this would then be known as the baddest man on the planet!
Biggest?
AJ vs Wilder.
Best?
Can't even call it.
There are some obvious ones that might turn out to mismatches, and some bouts that turn out to be classics that don't have the push behind them, due to the weight classes not being on the radar.
I'd really like to see Spence vs Thurman.
