This promotional press conference was the most amateurish, cringeworthy, fakest, corniest, most embarrassing thing I've personally ever seen. I'm ashamed that boxing is taking part in this. I've lost a lot of respect for Floyd. What a bizarre embarrassing corny event smh........

I don't even know where to start at with the mess you posted there. But since you don't wanna answer my legit & relevant questions I've been honestly curious to see your answers on I guess we can just agree to disagree boxing is dying.
:sucks::sucks::sucks:
LOOOOOOOL look at all the name calling here. You ARE a sensitive lad aren't you?
And I'm glad I could enlighten you. I like helping NSBers & sharing info.
So wtf are you talking about then if boxing isn't dying dying? Its merely "dying". So boxing is getting 150k people watching HBO shows max or something before HBO quits airing boxing as I suspect they do in the near future? What exactly does "dying" boxing look like to you.
This whole "dying" stuff is some of the dumbest stuff smart boxing fans talk about here besides ATG P4P masturbatory bs.
Do you love this sport?? :wank: We're years past the "dying" talk. There's a few tumbleweeds and a lizard crawling across a rock where six or seven superstars used to be. The quality of the athletes is a disaster to what it once was. Bass fishing and bowling get higher ratings. When I ask Russians in LA who Sergey Kovalev is they have no idea who I'm talking about.. I've been around for longer than 3 minutes, son. This is the Twilight Zone we're living in at this point. It's a f*cking joke. If you don't think boxing is "dead" enjoy the fantasy. Enjoy your opinion. Enjoy your imaginary girlfriend who lives in Canada.
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Exactly.
Everyone who is "against" it, for whatever reason/s, just need to stop talking and writing about it. Let it be whatever it is going to be.
You mad. LOL. Quit saying stupid sh^t then & I won't say its stupid sh^t. Boxing ain't going any f#cking where any time soon (like I said maybe we got more p#ssified in 30years+ or something over brain damage/head trauma, but I think its more likely we get more savage with the advancements in recovery, DNA, genes & all that smart science type sh^t).
And I don't even understand how boxing's fate has anything to do with me or how long I've been a boxing fan so I don't even understand the point of answering a dumb question for your dumb theory that seemingly has no bearing on anything rational or relevant.
Yes anything shy of having it banned won't stop it. Thanks for enlightening me.
When people talk about boxing "dying" or being "dead" they don't mean it literally, vagina. Ok? Are you actually this f*cking stupid?? :lol1:
Yes. Yes. I realize you're a b*tch who will just cry about his personal reasons for not answering a question like a man. You'll ignore anything the other person is responding with and keep coming back with your own version of reality. I get it. Believe me. You don't have to explain, queenie.
Why you avoiding my question?
And if I've been following boxing for two weeks I'm confident I know more about boxing then you if you think boxing is gonna be dead or in a death spiral in 2 years or whatever you are trying to imply but avoiding nailing it down now cuz you realize how stupid it is probably.
Who the f*ck are you talking to, idiot? You have avoided MY question. I asked you this in a previous post as well. HOW LONG?
You're talking like an inexperienced vagina who's making up his own criteria for what "dead" means. You're having a conversation by yourself. A whiny, long winded, annoying conversation. "Sports aren't built on names as much as silly mfers like to act like." - WTF are you talking about, fool? :lol1: :wank: I stop reading when I see word construction that bad. Is there a whole in your head, bro? Maybe you should get checked out.
Ain't this site gonna be out of business by then lol?
Randomly whats your estimated time table on boxing RIP date? Just for further LOL's of course.
More to say? Ok. How long have you been following this sport, little buddy?
Sports aren't built on names as much as silly mfers like to act like. Sports are built on competition. And there will be as much competition as needed to keep boxing & sports at boxings level or higher alive for the foreseeable future.
If boxing ever dies or gets close to dying as we know it it'll be because the injuries happening in boxing (& football & other sports) are deemed to much of a risk for the sport to be participated in by enough people that the interest in it dries up. You gotta go at a sport more at its core then at the guys at the top driving the sport to kill it. So head trauma becoming a talking point against boxing kills it more than there isn't a new Floyd & Manny level popular guy to take over the sport 2yrs or more after Floyd retired & Manny was holding his peak level of popularity. Every sport has periods where the old guard move out & the new guard come up. Plus boxing specifically seems to be in a period of transition between the sport moving from a smaller audience on premium cable to larger audiences on national & free TV & I predict more into the streaming world in the next 5-10 years. Boxing is in it for the long haul & if you don't believe that you have poor perception on the popularity of the sport.
I mean show me a sport that has had a event on the level of Manny vs Floyd or this one going on now with Floyd & Conor & that was dead within 5, 10 or 20 years? Sh^t show me any sport that has boxing's level of popularity or bigger that legit died? I think some of you guys are insane with this boxing dying stuff & just love being dramatic about things with boxing dying, this guy need to retire cuz he lost his 0 or the sport is 100% corrupt & other comically extreme opinions.
Cool man. Cute post. Let's talk again about this in two years.
Fells like wwe. There's gonna be a lot of disappointed people afterwards. Give it to mcgregor tho, he's a hell of a promoter. Floyd could sit there and say nothing and it would still probably sell the same.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL you think boxing is dying?
3 of the 8 biggest selling PPV's happened within the last 5 years. The WBSS gots $50M a year deal to put on tournaments in various divisions. Top Rank just got a TV deal with ESPN throwing a legend on its first show & throwing 2 P4P guys next month. The biggest fight in history is 6ish weeks away. GGG vs Canelo are fighting a couple weeks after that in one of the most anticipated fights this year. Anthony Joshua is among the most marketable athletes (not boxers) in the world (not the UK) & is just coming into his elite level career.
If this is boxing dying I think you got no clue what dying looks like. Boxing is looking better in 2017 then its looked in years in nearly every avenue.
Dying or dead? You frame your argument like I said it was dead. Try this on me in a two or three calendar years.
Were you a fan of boxing five or ten or 15 years ago?
Who you think is going to hold this sport down moving forward?
Speak on it, dude.
It was very WWF, really is a low point for boxing especially if it ends up being the biggest fight ever.
It would be ok if the actual event wasn't the equivalent of the Golden State Warriors playing a second string high school team.
Should we put Mayweather-McGregor on this list in the article below now or should we wait until the fight is over?

Yea idk about that. I mean I guess there are some people who'll never wanna eat at a Mexican joint again after some food poisoning at one, but most people would equate that to a specific Mexican joint then all Mexican joints. Same thing with fights for people who are just gonna be watching this fight cuz its something popular & that they've heard about happening. So yea maybe 2% of the 4M+ sports fans & non sports fans will be completely turned off by this fight...potentially, but most people will just chalk it up to a bad decision on their part like that time you went to go see that GI Joe movie sequel.
And thats if it does suck, which it may not. Floyd might KO dude in 6 or Conor might shock the world & all the things we thought we knew about boxing get flipped on their head. I think boxing fans are too dramatic about sh^t across the board. Sh^t is never as f#cking serious as you guys think. Boxing ain't dying. PPV isn't dead (I wish it was, but its not). And so on & so forth.
Think more positive homie. The glass is half full not half empty.
Boxing isn't dying? I'll agree to disagree then.
Am I missing something. The Press events were great! These crowds are more than some actual fight attendance. Both Floyd and Mcgregor were animated and entertaining.
This promotional press conference was the most amateurish, cringeworthy, fakest, corniest, most embarrassing thing I've personally ever seen. I'm ashamed that boxing is taking part in this. I've lost a lot of respect for Floyd. What a bizarre embarrassing corny event smh........
Your problem is easy to solve. Stop watching!
