Is Lara too much for Spence at 154?

Spence got one solid semi close til KO win against coming down knockout badly broken socket at 160 brook and he KOs lara and canelo now???? LMAO! We don't even think GGG easily KOs Canela eventhough his power is more proven than spence at each of their own weight class. im not saying spence doesnt have the potential to beat those guys someday, as he's still young and got plenty of grown and improvement left for his career. But as of right now lara has got a good chance to beat spence. He has a better footwork, and i dont think he punches as hard as canelo. Styles make fights too. Canelo can KO brook too even earlier than spence did. As of right now, 160 canelo beats 147 spence. Canelo's weakness is fighting him off the backfoot, something i wouldnt expect spence to do. He'd be available for canelo's powe punches.

I wouldn't pick Spence right now to win that fight. No need to worry about 154 anyway, there are a ton of high profile fights at 147 and Spence doesn't seem to have trouble making the weight.

FACT: Lara is too much for anyone from 147 to 160. Certainly not 160. I might favor Lara over Spence at 154 though.

Lara is a runner is the only reason he made it 12! I think Lara out boxes Errol. Errol already said he would move to 154 just for canelo. Now please tell me if you honestly think canelo & his team would take that fight? That will answer your doubt....& Nelo already beat Lara, Lara has no power (unlike brook) so Errol won't hesitate to cut him off & go to work.

Prime, healthy Lara goes 12 hard to score, close rounds with the very best from 154 to 160, anyone less than the best would get beaten. The best at 147 may win 4-5 rounds against him if they bring it. It remains to be seen if he's prime because he is in his mid 30s afterall and he hasn't fought anyone I can use to gauge if he's still a top guy at the top level. His fight vs Canelo was 3 years ago and he looked prime there but he was 31 and in boxing +3 years in your 30s is creeping closer and closer to that no man's land where fighters reflexes and footspeed drop. He also looked prime against Vanes last year but he has to fight someone like Charlo or Andrade this year and show if he still he got it.

Spence knows how to cut off the ring, so I don't see Lara lasting the distance.

Spence said he wants to unify all titles, and he should. WW is a much better division than 154. But yeah, he beats Lara.
