Watch the post fight interviews, he claims he couldn't see, although "the eye was better than it was against GGG" (lol) and yet he looks directly at the interviewer, looks at the crowd, isn't even blinking as weirdly as he did vs GGG...what a plonker
Spence showed the world what a coward and how heartless Brook is. He made Brook his biiitch slave and toyed with him until he made his G@y ass quit. That is what a quitter deserves off you go Victor Oritz 2.0
Brook should retire before his wife divorces him

So what does this prove?
The article itself only talks about one genuine piece of negotiating (the HBO offer which Ward turned down).
Everything else is just conjecture and the article is basically "Ward said this, he said that".
That is not proof of anything other than what I said, there was one real offer on the table, albeit one in 2013. The article then fast forwards to 2015 and Ward claiming he wants to fight GGG and yet Ward by this stage was fighting a domestic level bum a t170 or so pounds...what is genuine about it?
No paper work, no involvement of HBO or any other network. Nothing. That means...you guessed it, nothing.
And then there was that supposed offer in 2016...and again your own article concludes that GGG had alreday signed to fight a unification. This sounds like yet more baiting from Ward's team for a fight that was never on the table.
It is what it is. Ward never had any real negotiations in place for the fight after 2013. It's just plain facts. Whether it was injury or court battles, Ward had the worst 5 yera period ever for a so called p4p entrant.
What part of "official offer" don't you understand & Loeffler is not on Wards team. lil g's team backed out.
On October 8th, just three months after Rafael’s report, Loeffler gave an interview to boxingscene.com explaining why the official offer was rejected, saying it was received after their unification fight with David Lemieux had been signed and therefore too late. He also claimed their primary aim was to unify the 160lb division, but admitted they would move up to 168 for “mega events” against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. or Carl Froch. As for Ward, Triple G’s “stardom” had now surpassed the American, he argued, and therefore a 50-50 split between the pair no longer made sense.
The following day Michael Yormak of Roc Nation, representing Ward, responded by pointing out that GGG’s team turned the offer down “in 36 minutes.” They had not known the Lemieux fight had already been signed, he claimed, and countered that since the proposal stipulated that both fighters would have one interim bout before meeting in 2016, essentially it made no difference to the deal. If they were serious at all about the fight, he argued, GGG’s camp would have engaged in some form of preliminary negotiations, or at least considered it for longer.

Yeah like I said, I'm waiting. It shouldn't take 2 days for you to find a simple source. The only genuine source you will find is hbo offering ward the fight and him turning it down.
There have been no other actual negotiations. All we have is ward claiming he wants to fight but fighting twice in almost 5 years with multiple court cases.
Bottom line he never wanted the fight.

Come on man, if I tell you you wont believe it that's why I told you to look it up for yourself. You just want it all don't you? Fine I'll search it find it and send it to you. Lazy.

God, you're dumb.
You realize he has one other good eye to see with, right? And that there's a huge difference between staring at a stationary object who's standing there interviewing you, and a fighter coming at you from different angles?
Watch the post fight interviews, he claims he couldn't see, although "the eye was better than it was against GGG" (lol) and yet he looks directly at the interviewer, looks at the crowd, isn't even blinking as weirdly as he did vs GGG...what a plonker
It's much different with a microphone in your face than two fists from a trained pugilist.
So you don't have any evidence that ward negotiated with ggg. Just as I thought.
I was asking you not because I didn't know but because I wanted to see what you would say.

So it shows you don't follow boxing. Okay why don't you just do your own research instead of hearing it from me.

When did this happen? And was it ever realistic? If it was realistic, at which time did Ward's team (and which team) deliver their negotiations via a formal method?
the only time I know of is HBOs deal to make the fight which Ward openly turned down. I was unaware of any other negotiations taking place.

Ward said he would meet him half way 164 but lil g & team said hell no....

The vast majority who viewed the Jacobs fight scored it for GGG. It wasn't even close and the contrived nature of this "controversy" is the worst in HBOs dirty history.
But I digress and go back to the question: who did GGG not fight tha the was supposed to fight?
If you say Ward then tell us when that fight was supposed to happen exactly? Whe nwas Ward a middleweight? Or when was Ward an active super middleweight and willing to fight GGG?

I hate quitting but I dont really think of it as a quit. The ref stopped It at 10 Count. In any case, moot point, because he wasn't Winning anyway, there was maybe 4 Minutes of Fight left.
Crook took a knee, that's a quit. Yeah I get it, barely a round and a half left BUT that makes it even worse. Crook could have completed the fight with barely anymroe damage.
wait what? boxing is dangerous, Kell Crook knew that, no one forced him into becoming a boxer. Why don't you go and give Crook another job that pays millions?
so is car racing,so is football, so is drag racing, so is mma they all are dangerous you are not paying him to fight to the death are you so you are not paying them to risk their lives you are paying to watch them fight not risk their lives
What is your profession? I highly doubt you work 13 hour shifts unless you are a nurse, which I do not believe you are otherwise you would have said it outright instead of this "healthcare professional" rubbish.
Plus if you don't understand my example then there's no point in furthering this conversation because you obviously have a poor grasp of the English language and an inability to understand analogies.
We can agree on this.
This ain't going anywhere. I discussed your analogy because I work in that environment you can have a guess at it or maybe you've already guessed it. But ultimately it doesn't matter because no matter you do if you sustain a bad injury you ain't gonna be able to do your job.
Funny how you danced around Ward though right.....and cotto too small. And ever since he lost to Jacobs(unofficially) everyone is calling him out so after the nelo fight he has no where to run but he probably still will at least his team will cuz they know better....

Macklin, Murray, Geale and Lemieux were the most relevant middleweights around at the time of asking.
Fights that could have happened:
Sturm (turned it down and arguably lost to Macklin and Murray)
Eubank Jr (turnedi t down)
BJS (doesn't want it)
Cotto (turned it down)
Canelo (turned it down several times, is happening now)
Who was GGG supposed to have fought that he didn't?
