Fighters can rise it depends on the mental state and what zone he is in, the body is only the engine the mind is the driver, motivation is an extremely strong force.
I hear you. From Chavez Jr though I'm not buying it.
Lol, I can't risk my money to buy a PPV on a fight with Chavez Jr all of a sudden taking things seriously. I am hoping that you're right and hope to see a good fight. Lol, I'll just watch it for free, rather than risk my money when Chavez Jr is involved. I have no reason to take him seriously at this point in time.
I am devastated m8 lol
Im sorry man. I've tried. Same way I've tried to teach her Spanish but her mom constantly spoke to her in English and it stuck more with her more. She only spends weekends with her mom but somehow English stuck more with her even before she started school.
:sad2:
Actually, I think she believes more in that than in Santa lol. But again, it's all cause of her mom. When she goes to spend it with her mom or talks to her, her mom talks about that stuff (when it comes up).
When the time comes and she loses her first tooth, she will know it isn't real. She lives with me and I don't do that crap so yea. Lol

What about the tooth fairy....please don't tell me she is make believe as well ?

Lol wtf?
Tbh I don't even know if my 4 year old thinks Santa is real. When my whole family gives her gifts for Christmas she knows who they are from. I think her mother is the only one who tries that Santa Claus bs. I should ask her if she thinks Santa is real.
There was no such thing as Santa Claus when and where I was growing up so I guess that's why I don't get caught up in that crap.

I'll bet you had a good time telling your kids about Santa Claus too you joyless b@stard.
:D
But, yea, that video has so much editing it makes Transformers look like it was shot by National Geographic. :lol1:

Your an idiot whos not getting my point,& yes im comparing their size because they're bigger than canelo or same size which he claims canelo never fights. It's laughable that golovtards act like canelos a giant 1 minute then the next hes tiny, yet gigis a much taller fighter who only fights little guys & bums his whole career, then gets his azz schooled by a guy a half inch taller & suddenly jacobs a cheat for being a 1/2" bigger & skipping bs weigh in. Canelos fighting a giant again & all gggroupies can say is that hes going to get whooped because hes only fought tiny guys, then u clowns say even if he wins it dont count because hes weight draining him. Golovtards are truly the scum of boxing.
You have to account width into the equation as well. The way you seem to see it is that since he's fought a fighter that's arguably only half an inch taller than him, he would be able to take on a guy that's marginably bigger than him in Chavez Jr. with ease. Sadly that's not the way it'll go. Canelo has much more skill than Chavez but Chavez' size will definitely make it more of a difficult fight than it would be if Canelo was fighting a Chavez the same size he was. Chavez will probably be weight drained but it's his fault for taking the fight under those conditions.
It's not that he lost to a good bigger fighter that is bad. It's the fact that he stayed in his corner when he didn't seem to be hurt much or unable to continue. Standards of gameness for top pro boxers are high. It sorta of, kind of looked like a quit to me. Maybe you didn't see it that way. I don't think Canelo would ever stay in his corner if he was capable of continuing the fight.
I think motivation plays a big part in that....fighting fonfara to fighting a fellow mexican superstar who he dislikes extremely is a whole different ball game..having beristan in your corner and looking totally focused in training for the job ahead makes me think this fight could turn out to be very interesting if canelo can't hurt him.......i think chavez with the fight against fonfara was a fight for nothing ....it was a fight for nothing where over the course of the fight chavez jnrs punches had zero effect on fonfara and with a fighter like chavez...lack of desire to push yourself through the hurt will play a big part if your not doing well....however this fight it knd of reminds me of when holyfield boxed tyson for the 1st time.....holyfield was looked upon as finished and tyson was a 25-1 on to beat him and yet some how he managed to bring out his best against tyson....we will see m8 but i have a sneaky feeling that chavez will be a live dog in the fight
This is the key to the whole thing. The diva is a 168 pound boxer who has been killing herself to make 155 for years. There is a real, legitimate reason why she has been going through all that hassle too and it wasn't because she thought is was fun either.
Chavez is substantially taller, has a substantial reach advantage, will be just as "tough" as the diva, and will have a power edge over the diva. Forget the odds, this is an uphill battle for this chica.
Stfu, stop ducking my bet...
You can't not train seriously and take fights off and then all of a sudden train seriously and expect a big change overnight. If this were the Chavez Jr of 2012 right before he had just fought Martinez then I would expect a good fight from Chavez Jr. But since Martinez he hasn't been disciplined. Now he wants to train hard and be serious. Boxing doesn't work that way. Sure we're going to see how Canelo adjusts too to being at a higher weight and fighting a bigger fighter. He's being drained down to 164.5 though. How much will Chavez have and for how long before his tank empties. Meh, I'm not too excited about this fight. I mean I'll watch it, for free of course. But not that excited about it. I'm looking forward to the undercard more than the actual main event. I hope the Canelo vs Chavez Jr fight proves me wrong though and I'm hope I'm pleasantly surprised by it. As of now though, I'm not feeling it.

That's produced by golden boy to sell the fight. They clearly edited and sped up the videos to make Chavez look faster then he really is. You can Google some of the mit work and he is much slower. LMAO
lmfao@sped up the video...****...he looked slow in the sped up vid
Seems like you have so much hate for Golovkin that you're completely ignoring his point. The fact that you're even comparing the 154 fighters in size to Chavez is laughable.

Fonfara is natural light heavyweight so size beat him...canelo has never faced any one as heavy or heavier than him and we still don't know how his chin willl hold up or stamina if he is in with a bigger fighter....its not gonna be easy for canelo bolio......but we will seeIt's not that he lost to a good bigger fighter that is bad. I think that's Canelos target and he is good body puncher, also suits him being smaller and faster for a great body attack.
I feel the same...i definitely expect he'll mix em into his combinations. I think he'll try to move and box tho...his feet will look a whole lot quicker vs chavez.
I hope we see some good old mexican body punching...this fight has that feel. I didn't care about it when it was signed cuz of the disappointment on no ggg fight, but now I'm kinda hyped.

That video is clearly edited.
But whatever it takes to get peopled hyped I guess.

Hes faced several fighters as big or bigger than him,hes 5'9" ffs people! Hes faced trout, lara, mayweather, kirkland, angulo, Mosely, kahn, smith who were all as tall or much taller than him,& most of them all rehydrate to the same weight or more than canelo, even mayweather looked about the same size & build as canelo. This nonsense about canelo only fighting smaller guys is bs,he fought a few guys with smaller builds, mostly when he was coming up but all those guys I listed are majority of recent fights, all these gigi fans spread hypocritical nonsense that makes people believe bs. And mayweathers biggest lie he was able to sell as truth was that he was a small ww not a true 154 lb fighter which is bs,he is a big ww who fought @ jmw selectively, he just like gigi says that because they don't rehydrate to the amount their height allows that it means their small for their weight class despite having more height than canelo.
Canelo is not 5'9. 5'6 or 5'7 at most.
while a lot of the attention has been on Chavez looking in good shape, I've been checking CAnelo and he looks better than ever too
as far as JR, he would still have to shed some pds and he is already cut so we'll see what happens in the final week.
Either way I'm sure he'll look better than Angulo did, who was the last opponent CAnelo fought of this type of style (throw in Liam smith if you'd like). Anyway, Angulo looked like a shell of a man and had the oliver mccall look on his face during the ring walk. And even with that, Angulo was somehow able to maneuver Canelo to the ropes multiple times and had Canelo tired in the 8th rd I think it was. Canelo beat the **** out of Angulo early on but couldnt put him out and he got tired in the process.
Canelo stamina has really improved since then, but I still wonder what would happen if he gets tired again like again against someone of a similar type who has more left in the tank. No way JR could be more lethargic and statuesque than that, or that slow. that's where my hope lies that this can be a good fight
Canelo's looking beefy as hell. He's gotten scary over the past few months.
