Dude you just keep ignoring what I post? you qouted my last post where I posted Mark Sisson at 64 years old who just started taking TRT when he was in his early 60s
https://epicprimal.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/mark1.jpg
he was skinny when he was 58 and never changed his workout routine he is also a low caloric guy who eats super clean in a catabolic state as you say he just added TRT
he has more muscle than he did when he was 58, B hop is 50 come dude you are defeating yourself you said B hop was on something at his age if anything probably HGH which I have no issue with since its not a performance enhancer.
If HGH isn't a performance enhancer, why are so many footballs players on it? Why was Lance Armstrong using it? You need to do more research. Added muscle=more strength.
Man there are so many 50-60 year olds now that look WAY better than Hopkins.
This is the new-age of TRT - where men can have shredded bodies well into their 60's.
I don't believe for a SECOND Hopkins isn't on TRT. And he still doesn't look as good as those dudes on those youtube ads promoting "testosterone boosting foods."
Did they get punched for a living? TRT isn't vases on building added muscle, it's purpose is to keep you in the normal range so that you don't develop many possible issues.
What people are really talking about is using HGH, test cycles, etc to gain more mass. I have little doubt that hopkins was doing TRT at some point, but a strict diet goes a long way. I have blood tests proving that my total test levels jumped 250 ng/dl from adding vitamin D3 along with riding a stationary bike for a few months, as well as free test increasing (which is actually more important than total).
Lol, from the BumWine review; "Everyone who drinks this feels great at first, and claims, "It's not bad at all, I like it." But, you really do not want to mess around with this one, because they all sing a different tune a few minutes later. And by tune, I mean the psychotic ramblings of a raging naked bum."
Lol I never read that. That's funny as sh*t. My buddy who put me on this never sounded like a raging bum neither did my other buddy who I got to try it.
That's actually wrong. If you want liquid crack then this is it:

Hopkins is also 50 - ten years older. If you look at pics from his younger years, you can see he was a bit more muscular. Even if you're on TRT, the more you age, the less muscle you will carry. Coupled with the fact Hopkins stays in a catabolic state while training and fighting.
You're entitled to your opinion, and there's no way I can prove he's on TRT, or any type of pro hormone type drugs.
I think that he is absolutely on TRT, and has been for the past 5-8 years.
Look at James Toney - he got popped for nandrolone, and you'd never have guessed he was on anything looking at his build. Lol.
I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

This is basically what B hop eats on a daily basis from what I heard from him talking about his diet, whats funny is in order to eat healthy you have to make good money, healthy natural foods cost a lot more than junk foods
Salmon, brown rice, brocolli

Not true, if you buy it at a restaurant yes, but if you cook it yourself it's about the same. That said it's still expensive as your food bill will be three times the cost of regular supermarket food.
Mcdonalds value meals are cheaper though.
Well, you gotta remember, Hopkins, unlike your regular gym-rat in his 50's+ who is on TRT, is in a CALORIC DEFICIT in order to lose/maintain weight (Hopkins rehydrates to around 190 on FN).
Moreover, Hopkins doesn't do heavy resistance-training. He prolly does calisthenics, some very lightweight stuff, and that's it.
Just about everything Hopkins does to train for a fight is CATABOLIC, rather than ANABOLIC.
And it's also about genetics - Hopkins just doesn't have good insertions.
I'm sure if Hopkins got on a caloric-surplus diet, and did anabolic stuff (weight-lifting), he would look more what you would expect somebody on PEDS to look like.
It doesnt matter man if Hopkins was on a caloric restrictive diet which he isnt he only cuts water weight now as he walks around no more than 185 pounds and doesnt cut much even if he was on the diet on he would still be more muscular with TRT, look at those MMA fighters who were cutting weight more than B hop and on TRT and were still jacked you can do calisthenics and get huge if you are taking testosterone, any type of workout will build muscle when you take test.
you wont be super huge like mr olympia whoa re jacked on gear but you will be muscular and lean like a greet statue for sure.
Here is Vitor Belfort before and after he is only 39 years old for crying out loud, before he was on TRT look how muscular and jacked he was even his face has muscles and this was moderate TRT dosages they even did blood work on him so his test didnt get too high he had an exemption, then when they banned TRT look at his muscles flat and he lost the swole look and his face no longer has the strong jaw muscles
Hopkins body looks like Vitor without TRT in 2017

Sugar is bad for you. ****ty for your body + addictive so yea Bhop makes sense.
Randomly Bhop should get a food show or do something with healthy diet stuff. Write a book about it maybe or something in that world cuz he's deep down the good healthy eating habits rabbithole & is someone worth listening to from just the random tidbits I've heard him speak on over the years.
Yeah in the 24/7 or "road to" or whatever programme was the lead up to the Kovalev fight, he seemed to eat really well whilst still sticking to a diet. It'd be interesting to see how he made middleweight for so long.
Light-heavy he probably didn't need to diet so hard even with his later age.
Simple sugars like Coke cause an instant insulin spike but then your blood sugar drops even lower than it was before you drank that soda. So you get hungry and you eat... And people who drink sodas daily also usually daily eat McDonald's, KFC and all that ****.
Hopkins is absolutely right. His commitment to his craft has always been amazing. A 100% athlete.
Can't say I would have if he did offer. I'd rather watch him drink it and become the one man party that he is. Dude is bat sh*t crazy but the life of any party.
I respect that. Me and a buddy went fishing once and he brought two bottles and that's when I first tried it. After that, any time drinking was involved, I brought it with me. I'd put it in a Gatorade bottle since they have similar colors. Lol

Sugar isnt terrible like others have commented but if u do consume sugar u should do it actively, meaning u eat it & do some sort of exercise after. Sugar is energy that burns quick & also stores quick as fat.

I think Hopkins is natty dude.
If he were on TRT he would be shredded with his clean diet and workout consistency. I know some guys on TRT who are 57 and 60 from my gym they dont take Steroids but TRT they look way more muscular than B hop
Look at Mark Sisson he eats clean works out and he is 64 years old and started taking TRT moderate dosage testosterone when he turned 60 and is way more muscular than B hop

I agree with Hopkins the junk food and soda and fast food is horrible.
When you clean up your diet you feel better and think more rationally, people who eat nothing but junk seem to get irritable and angry easy.
you are what you eat if you eat junk you act like junk, you eat good you feel good.
Damn, so you had a friend who drank it and never got you to try it? What a sh*tty friend. :lol1:
