No, his skin is spotless. He's just an extremely dedicated athlete.
Your skin wouldn't show anything from the cream or clear. Test is the one that tends to cause that. There are plenty of things out there that can be taken that wouldn't cause any signs.
Actually, most people don't break out. I used to use and never had a blemish from it. I'd venture to guess only about 20 of users develop acne.
I do agree with you that he's super-dedicated and I think that's what we're seeing.
Most of the PEDs done by boxers are during camp so they can train harder and longer. If they're tested before the fight, you're not going to see direct effects on fight night. You see the indirect effects of someone who has potentially had a more hardcore training camp. The muscles may be stronger, less prone to fatigue. For instance, in boxing the shoulders, calves, forearms would all be relevant areas.
Cardio itself isn't really affected unless they're on something soon before a fight.
Agreed. It's good that you admit you were a junkie (ha joke)

There's few boxers who do (I can only think of Donaire) so I would say "no", but it doesn't mean anything suspicious unless you're going to cast doubt on everyone (which isn't entirely unreasonable I guess).
