Golovkin is nowhere near the draw that folks like you want to think
Oh another thread about a fight that has nothing to do with golovkin, and you make it about golovkin.
you need to get a girlfriend, seriously, you are obsessed :lol1:
Kell Brook and the UK audience turned up for the O2 fight with Golovkin, and Kell Brook and the UK audience is turning up for the Brammal Lane fight with with Spence Jr.
Alvarez has clearly shown himself to be the box office attraction; 90/10 Alvarez on the full event, would be a generous offer to Golovkin, and that's without any snark.
I like that British fans back their British fighters.
In the US it seems that the foreigner usually has more support than the American.
Because most "Americans" are foreigners. The East Europeans american, the Italian American, the Mexican American, the Filipino American etc Even though their nationality is stated as American most of them would support people of their ethnicity/heritage. This is why you see a lot of American posters on here backing the foreign based fighter over their American born fighter.
We have a problem in this country regarding tickets sales, brought out by ticketing agents and then places on websites with a higher price. Face value quadrupled....
They know what they want - they want rock-em-sock-em robots.
This is absolutely true!
most of the average Americans prefer mma because it's just two idiots in a cage elbowing and leg locking each other
...Americans ... have no f.cking clue what they want. They decide to hate on everything ...
I might have to snatch that for my sig. That really says it all right there, not just in boxing, but culturally right now. America's favorite pass-time is to be snarky about everything. We've become a nation of George Carlins.
You could say fighting Golovking and losing to him made Brook a star.:boxing:that would be delusional... you could also said that the UK supports their fighters, that is more credible...
Though the hometown/countrymen thing is completely lost on me, I do recognise and respect the Brits for supporting boxing. Really awesome to see. Americans have been crying, "give us good fights and we'll buy them", but the numbers simply don't reflect that as of late. The 'P4P' fight last year all but bombed, as did Golovkin's first decent fight, but a meaningless freakshow like Alvarez/Chavez sells out long in advance. :sad2:
Exactly. The Americans (coming from an American) have no f.cking clue what they want. They decide to hate on everything instead of appreciating great fights/fighters. Mexico and the UK are the two most supportive fan bases in boxing

Good post bro
Dildos make sense now
British fans are awesome. They support their hometown/countrymen. The atmosphere for this is gonna be great :boxing:
