My guess is about 1.2 million or so. I think even most MMA fans know that Conor has no chance. Floyd fans will buy it because they'll pay to watch him jerk off in the middle of the ring, but most boxing fans likely won't This will be purchased by casual MMA and boxing fans. The PPV model is dying. Fans are hip to mismatches and certain fighters who don't give them their money's worth. Had this fight taken place prior to Maweather/Pacquiao, I think it sells much better, probably 2.5 million or more. But Mayweather's last two fights were snoozefests and not a lot of fans want to pay $75 for a mismatch with a 99.9% guaranteed outcome.

He was one of the first guys in MMA to get a movement coach. This dude was underestimated from the jump. When it came to his first and second UFC titles they said he would get slaughtered cause he's not a wrestler and because he only has boxing abilities. He set himself up to be humiliated if he lost but he pulled that shit off. The great thing about Conor is the mentality. This guy is such an underdog that if you watch him from years ago, he had this unwavering belief in himself that I think is inspiring to everyone.

are UFC PPV events stacked of a card? just so you know, trolling or not, but having MMA fighters as righteous in a boxing forum has no significance every time you post. fyi. you're better off at an MMA forum. I swear your ignorance doesn't help. UFC PPV's are more often stacked with good fights and usually have 6 fights on the actually PPV. The PPV Conor fought in NYC was super stacked, the 4 of 5 fights were really good. Thats another issue with Boxing cards, the only stacked card I remember was Canelo-Mayweather or Mayweather-Guerrero. They try to sell the main event only. People don't realize that the press coverage would be insane, everyday ESPN, Bleacher Report and Fox Sports will be covering something new that comes out of Conor's ass. The press conference could be on PPV too for all we know. In fact McGregor just sold PPV's for his hour long interview in Europe. Fight does 4-5 mil, I'm leaning towards 5.

Most MMA fans know that Conor entering with Floyd is a money match, so about 20% of his PPV buyers ( from his biggest bout) would support.... Floyd however there'd be about 2 million imo that a literally paying to watch a circus act and see Conor toyed around. 2.3-3mil Dead wrong, Conor would probably bring 2 million ufc fans and irish fight fans to watch. Plus the Boxing fans that hated Mayweather. Mayweather would probably bring in another 2 million from the TMT idiots. Also from the boxing purists who are pissed that the UFC is doing better than boxing and want to see boxing win in something again.

The number won't be all that.People tune in in the hope of seeing Mayweather lose.But ain't no way people with common sense gonna put down 100 bucks HD for a fight that he'll win in the mother of all snoozefests.People have been bamboozled enough....maybe!

If it doesn't break the Floyd-manny record it will come close.. You have the 2 best fight promoting fighters, both are the kings of ppv in their respective sports, they will sell millions of ppv
