I say Mikey Garcia....with his blend of skills, power and size
Linares is an enigma, has all the skills but loses when he should win... Loma beats him
Easter is green and IMO would get outpointed and outpointed
Flanagan gets whooped
Given your signature, it's pretty easy to understand why you didn't appreciate the performance. Aren't there black power boxing pages out there for you to post on?
What is my signature? I didn't appreciate Lennox Lewis's performance against Oliver McCall in their rematch either. I just don't appreciate fights where one guy doesn't even try to fight back, let alone try to win.
Walters didn't even fight back? He tried. It didn't work. It's crazy how little credit Loma gets for that win. Who else made Walters quit? Who else gave him a hard fight? I don't know what a guy has to do to impress some of you people.
He was rebelling against Arum for the *****ty purse, and getting shelved or whatever, but anyone who has seen Walters fight, knows he didn't even try. Who gives a bunch of credit when the opponent comes in and lays down?
I'll say this, Loma is one of those guys who I would not bet money against. Can he lose? Sure, he lost before, but he has so much upside that beating him will be a tall order for any opponent.
He would have to move up to 140 and go against someone like Crawford before I would not consider him a favorite
I think Mikey Garcia gives him plenty of trouble, but I'm not sure he beats him though. Loma truly is on another level. I expect him to go through several fights without a loss and eventually hit number one p4p and become a 3-division champion and possibly four.
Lomachenko is talented, but is plenty over hyped. His claims to fame are beating a Walters who didn't even fight back, and also getting mugged by old arse Orlando Salido.
Easter and Garcia would give Lomachenko some issues. For people who haven't paid attention, Lomachenko gets hit by his opponents when they fight back. He isn't untouchable.
Easter and Mikey.
Easter catches him coming and going out.
Too much range, and too big and strong.
I will put a little more bluntly, I think Easter will tear his ass up.
You think Linares is that bad??? He looked great against Crolla
Crolla.........guy with like a thousand losses and draws.
TD against Gamileil Diaz? Jesus.
Split Draw vs Derry Matthews?
Loss to Gary Sykes?
KO'ed by Derry Matthews?
Just terrible. And this guy is the 4th best LW. That is one bad division.
Linares is just not that good. His resume, for a weight division's absolute champion, makes me vomit.
Mikey Garcia can schedule fights with Linares, Flanagan and Crolla for the same day, and win all 3 fights without losing a round. I mean I haven't seen a weaker division than this in years. It even takes MW's place.

If TC moves up to 147 after his May fight, that's going to be a scarily stacked division. I wouldn't want to step foot in that division if I was a JWW.
When the official #1-3 guys in the division may not even be the #1-3 guys in the division, you know it's a competitive division. Would the #1-3 guys be Thurman, Spence and Crawford? Is it really Brook, Thurman, and Porter? Is Pac still a top 3 WW? What about Bradley? What if DSG upsets Thurman? What if Brook outclasses Spence? There's just so much intrigue there, you almost feel bad for Vargas and Peterson, and you wonder who can Khan survive against.
its stacked like pringles
bud can get by the lower top ten
but you raised some good questions....this division is full or top talent, former champions, primed guys....i love it
where does pac and bradley fit in? well they are old hat and arum wont let them fight the other guys anyway
yep..id favor Bud over a few of the top 147 guys.

I can see how Easter, Garcia, and Linares beat him but the only one I'm sure would beat him is Mikey Garcia

i like loma but if he wants to build, he better stay at 130 and clean up
fighters move up too quickly nowadays
Bud destroys him at 140...too big, too skilled, too mean , and he can fight inside, outside, angles, and do it all
I have a feeling Crawford beats some of the top 10 WW's, let alone Loma a SFW.
Like others have said Loma doesn't have an inside game. And I don't think he has enough power to knockout Mikey and I think thats the only way he could beat him over a 12 round fight. I don't think he could keep Mikey off him for a 12 round decision
You gotta' have a complete game to deserve all the accolades.
On the inside, all he does is grab and push off.
Easter is 154 in the ring....loma ain't pushing all that off:lol1:
Diving into cliches.... that's what got Manny KTFO.

You think he can just clich Easter and shove him off like he does everybody else?
I don't...lol
He gets killed trying to back out and timed coming in:boxing:
Yeah that's why I said Easter can beat him
